Now the clothing, so far I have only purchased a sweatsuit. It fits well and I love the color. I purchased four pairs of shoes. One of them being booties. I can only fault myself for changing the color from the pictured one. I got booties in white and they looked cheap. The shoestrings were dirtyin the box. Some of the glue on the shoe sole was lifting. I was disappointed but didn't want to deal with sending them back. Hopefully I won't be disappointed again going forward.

I love Shoe Dazzle. Their shoes are well made, stylish, nicely priced, and 99% of the time the perfect fit. I've been a very happy VIP customer since 2011. In all that time I've only had to return two pairs of shoes for not fitting quite right. I wear a size 9.5 narrow. Other shoe stores only carry a few styles in size 9.5. Shoe Dazzle carries almost all their shoes in size 9.5. It's so nice to browse the website, find the shoes I want, and with a couple mouse clicks get shoes that I know are going to fit me every time. I love all my shoes! Today I'm wearing such cute boots!
I've mostly stick with shoes, but I have purchased a few bags and clothing items from them, and those have been very nice, as well.
The only problem I have with Shoe Dazzle is I don't have enough room in my closet for all my shoes.

Tried to cancel and skip the months subscription but after logging in on the website it redirected to a white page. I couldn't log in whatsoever to skip the month. Trying to contact support the support chat page randomly refreshes and I lose the conversation I had waited 10 minutes for trying to connect with a rep. I get charged and am forced to buy something otherwise I waste the 60 odd dollars. Ridiculous.

I have made plenty of purchases from ShoeDazzle and have been pleased with everyone. Any issues that I have had has been taken care of in a quick and friendly timing. Returns are easy and find a shoe or clothing is a great experience. I love ShoeDazzle and recommend them to others.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
