I haven't received any of my orders, it's been a long time, I can't even track where all my shoes are … and hear nothing from you or the shipper
I don't like that shoedazzzle does not offer an option on their site for Canadian users to see Canadian prices. I thought I was paying $73 CAD NOT US dollars. Many sites that I've shopped from will convert the prices to the current currency in accordance to your billing address. Shoedazzzle needs to follow suit.

Well they sent me the wrong size and then I called them to figure out how to send them back they were so rude. Then u guys just took $49.99 outta my account with out my permission. I never sent my boots back because I couldn't get my return off my email. I called back and I didn't get no answer that helped me with my return. I will never recommend u guys to anyone! I have boots that I can't do anything with. Thank you guys for nothing.

I adore this store. Boots are my go to footwear in the fall and winter. The selection of boots at Shoe Dazzle is impressive. They have every color and style you can think of. I love to shop on ShoeDazzle they always have the latest trends for me and my foot size. This particular purchase was for my mother's birthday and the package came right on time. She loved the boots, they are so stylish! I wear a size 12 and this site has so many choices I am overwhelmed with excitement. I am really excited to find more gifts for my family as well as myself in the future.

Sizes are either too small or too big I'm an 8.5. Returns are difficult. Using the money they take out of your account has to equal or exceed 1 credit so you can't make a purchase under 49.95 or you pay cash even though I have hundreds in credit. Customer service is not knowledgeable and just repeats ignorance if they don't know the answer. Avoid the VIP membership or don't shop here. It's trash

Loved them, I do have a chubby foot so i did have to wore them in. Apart from that, I recieved plenty of compliments & recieved them in less than 5 days. Don't doubt it & buy them.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
