My experience was good. I ordered the wrong size and was not able to print the return label. I hope that feature gets fixed so it will be a lot more convenient to return items.

I had an issue with the price of the shoes that I wanted to purchase being higher in my cart than it was in the ad. I also had a $10 coupon that wasn't transferring to my cart. The first person I spoke with corrected the price but not the coupon. The second person I spoke with corrected both issues and the shoes have arrived and they are great. Can

I've been trying use up credits without any luck. The majority of shoes are either too high of a heel or clunky chunky soles. So I looked at clothing not much for anyone beyond age 25. I ended up selecting 2 ruanas. When I first joined it seemed as though it was not aimed for a certain demographic as it appears to be now.

I have not received my purchases, I was given one date and then was updated with two more later dates.
That's very disappointing as a customer. I don't think I'll be making another purchase from shoedazzle's company. I'm still waiting for the arrival of my purchases.

The boots were beautiful in design however I ordered a whole size larger than what I wear for more room, however they fit tight(or like my regular size,11 but tight)

The boots in ordered are too cute. I normally order the knee high boots but wanted to try the ankle boots. So glad they did not disappoint.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
