Didn't receive my package,they admitted that the delivery drivers say delivered if they are behind without having been there at all, knowing it will be days.

A new pair of shoes showed up with a weak heel. Of course I had to wear them because I ordered them for a specific outfit I needed to wear to present at a conference, which is when I discovered the heel was weak. Now that I have worn them I will not be able to return them so this was just money down the drain. Very poor quality pump!

What I liked the most was the fact that ShoeDazzle made it so easy for me to return 2 items, and decided to send me the exchanges on the exact same day I sent them confirmation that I returned the items. They gained a more loyal customer in me, their transparency is commendable. Plus, they sale great products at a very cheap price

The rep was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Taught me something I never knew and took care of my issue immediately. My concern is why I had never been told the info beforeuntil I receive the item and then have to return it. But no way of knowing that u and sometimes I need a different size
