Did not fit and the boot looked real cheap, bad quality. I would never order anything else. I wasn't even gonna go thru the trouble of sending them back, I threw them in the trash.

I ordered my shoes on the 12th of November. There was a shipping label created on the the 14th, but there has been no movement on the tracking since then.

I got the later then it said, and the quality was horrible and I got two pairs of shoes and they each fit like different sizes one was too big and one was small… would never recommend

I went shopping at a mall and saw some boots that were super cute but the store did not have my size. To my surprise, I found the same boots on ShoeDazzle and was able to order them, plus two other pairs of boots during their fall boot sale. I was extremely satisfied with ShoeDazzle's selection of shoes/boots and with the sale prices.

I know you get what you pay for. I was quite disappointed at the low quality of material the boots had. It scuffed so easily the first time I wore them and I probably won't wear them again due to the scuff that I can't get out. I've order from companies like this before. I've never experienced something like this. New to me. And very disappointing. I'll be cancelling my membership due to this.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
