I asked them to send a refund check for the credits I've never used. They quoted 4-6 weeks. It's going on 7.5 weeks and they keep saying they'll send an update and they never do. They ask me to give them 24-48 hours. I've done that- a couple times. It's the same story- they need to send a request and get an update. Finally someone in another department received my request only to tell me to check back in 48 hours…I canceled my membership because and only hope I get an actual update in another 48 hours. They've asked me to call back 6 additional times to check status of my refund check. Ridiculous.

I have ordered from shoe dazzle in the past, never had to wait this long for an order.It was ordered since November 13 2022,6 need my two purchases before December 3 like very soon I have a Corporate Christmas party coming up this Saturday ASP!

My boots were great ONCE I got them! My email keep telling me that they were delivered but I checked EVERYWHERE around my house and they were NOT there! I sent an email to Shoe Dazzle to tell them I didn't receive them. They kept telling me that they were delivered. Four days later my neighbor down the street brought me my package! I emailed Shoe Dazzle back and told them what had happened. Very frustrating! My afdress is 1009, UPS brought it to 1090.
Great prices on most things fast delivery and shoes are great good selections hard to choose which ones to get. Thanks

I just feel like the quality of the shoes are going down. The heels are also WAY too high, not practical at all. I can't seem to find anything I like anymore and if I do, I usually have to send it back because it is not what I expected, or the fit is too small, or it is cheap material. I want to quit but I have too much money invested with something I no longer like.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
