I ran up into this website as young man who loves my girlfriend, I created an account because of her instantly, I knew she she will love it too. Without a doubt she did. I love my first purchase experience on here. It was fast and on time. The VIP part is the only I don't understand yet but I will learn more. It can be expensive but I think they have good quality products. Keep up the great work!

I ordered four pairs of shoes the first to we're good there were cute fit well but the other two the material was cheap, I understand these shoes aren't designer but come on. Would like a refund but there customer service sucks just as bad I sent a email no one ever responded.

I love shoe dazzle just did a referral and didn't even go through the points. But this pair of boots are defective they have a crease. I love the boots, the shipping time was good also. But disappointed I have to return them hopefully exchange them!

I bought a pair of shoes from them and after tax and delivery fees it came up to 19$ (sweet deal right?) well then I see my bank statement they charged me 36$ that's a difference. So I am upset and I call because I want my money back. They can't give me my money back for some silly reasons that doesn't make sens and but they offer me to get a pair of shoes for 10$ (I am not going to fall into that no thank you) so I give up and I wait for my booties. Shoes arrives about a week after, and they are plastic hard! They cut my ankles when I walk, I just can't wear them even with thick socks they are super uncomfortable…. Really just don't waist your money with them!

There was a 3inch hole on the seem under the left arm. I'm rarely able to match up the zippers to zip the coat and end up snapping it shut which doesn't hold

The service rep. Could not help me, he didn't know what he was doing, he needs more training, I ask him to also send me the ESSENCE MAGAZINE, because I requested to have it sent to me last time I order, and I still have not received it yet. Its just poor service!

Very cute but...a little big. I tried them on with normal socks aka (Not not see socks!) and still loose. I am woried about getting a crease in them and making them look weird...just saying

These boots are a great purchase. Made from quality materials, I expect them to last a long time. The colors are exactly as I hoped they expected. I have several other purchases from long ago that are still going strong and just as fashionable today as they were about ten years ago. I love Shoedazzle

Reasonable pricing! Only if they had more available to buy at these clearance prices, my only wish is they get it out to me faster.

Shoedazzle has some of the best shoes for my size. (12womens) however just don't need them for an event. Please order well ahead because the express service is unreliable. 2-3day service doesn't include processing time, which is not stated. I will keep telling everyone Shoedazzle rocks because they do!
