I purchased 5 pairs of boots and shoes. My order was shipped and quickly received. The size was perfect and fit comfortably. I would recommend to a friend.
My high school daughter recently bought a beautiful pair of boots from ShoeDazzel, They look great and that's why 3 stars were given instead of 1. What my daughter, and I'm sure many other young people don't realize, is that when you take advantage of their "VIP welcome offer," which reduces the price of your purchase by a good amount, is that you agree to join their "membership" club which automatically charges you $49.95 every single month towards the purchase of new shoes. The first ShoeDazzle rep I spoke to said there was nothing she could do and that all the information about VIP membership was in the small print under "Details." After calling the credit card company to dispute the charge it was also suggested I call the company directly to cancel my daughter's membership. After calling and speaking to another rep at ShoeDazzle I informed her that I had just called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I also expressed my frustration and my opinion that it is really poor PR to sneak in these memberships under "Details." She was kind enough to the cancel our membership and refund the recent $49.95 charge. That's the other reason I gave the company 3 stars vs 1.
My experience was very easy stress free and the quality was amazing.

I have purchased one pair of boots.They where to big.got super wide legs and size was wrong. But I finally received label to send back
So I still have not recieved a tracking number for my replacements. Then today I was looking at back credit card statement and there was another charge for $70.to Shoedazzle. But I didn't order anyother shoes or boots nothing.When I called I was told there was a charge for $70 on my account. So no not very impressed at all.

The shoe started coming apart. The heel is coming off the bottom of the shoe.

My items arrived quickly. One of the packages ended up in the wrong state before arriving to my home, and an item I ordered was never shipped; I later saw it entered as a return... but overall, a good experience.

I must admit I was very happy with my order. The boots were of good quality. It did not take a long to recieve my order... I didnot have to return anything. Do NOT fall for the VIP membership if you are only planning on buying one or two pairs of shoes, because $50 was withdrawn and I NEVER got it back! I called and texted the customer service number, and they never answered.

Large variety of well made shoes at an affordable price.
No worries about getting scammed, this company actually communicates with each costomer to ensure you get what you want. Product is delivered on cue and the more you buy the better the deals get. I highly recommend Shoedazzle as your 1st and last stop when you need footware and or extras.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
