I was waiting for other items to be shipped but found that the driver sent my packages back In basically refusing to deliver but i asked if they can be sent over and it only took a few moments to set it up. Always have a great experience shopping with this company. And that setback doesn't reflect on my idea of the company. Look forward to shopping in the future

I love my shoes. They don't slip on the floor and they're not cheap. Does not feel like they're going to fall apart or rip. Great purchase over all. I will order from them again.

Ordered thigh high boots that fit like a glove. Unfortunately, the color wasn't right for me. I tried to order in another color but my size was sold out in every other color. I'm hoping Shoedazzle gets more in my size as I really want to order one (or maybe two) colors.

I love the products on shoe dazzle. Started using it from the very beginning but canceled because of life. However, the charging is now out of control. I made a purchase having a monthly credit in place. Because my purchase was not equal to or higher than the credit I was charged separately, while the credit sat idly waiting to be used. That is the craziest and most blatant show of greed I have experienced. I canceled shortly after. Thanks for the great shoes but it's not worth the trouble of becoming a member.

I was looking for a short heeled boot and find great choices here on shoe dazzle, but wait till it gets to the season for them as I am more limited with foot wear at my job. But with the holidays, I have been able to wear them!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
