Unsatisfied with shoe dazzle. Ordered my friend 2 pairs of boots for Christmas. I received an email saying my items were being processed for a return. I was confused because I was waiting for my order. Never did I process a return so I called customer service. Got told it was due to inventory issues blah blah blah. You know excuses. Definitely something on their end. Sadly I had to go to the store last minute to pick out a present for my friend. I have had JUSTFAB for years now and I never had an issue with them so I thought shoedazzle would be the same experience but big no.

I purchased 3 pair of boots, only 1 well not even that one fit. But returned 2 pair but only had enough money from those returns to purchase 1 boots. Returns don't equal purchases.

I love the styles, colors and prices. The one thing I would love is if there were more shorter heel options. I'm tall and also where i live it's not as nice and i buy hells but just can't use them

You really can't go wrong with shoedazzle. Not only are there shoes more my style than any other store but my favorite part is most the boots with heels I've purchased aren't impossible to walk in. Cute and comfortable, I think yes! They also have wide calf options which are hard to find. Fits many different styles as well. Great customer service really an all around win!

I love shoedazzle and appreciate the great quality in every pair of boots I receive!
There are a few things I wish were different.
1. Less pointy toe boots and more rounded, oval shaped boots.
2. Out with the leopard print and fish scale texture, in with simplicity like plain suede colored boots in pinks, and pastel colors! Or even cute stuff like lace
3. Less height on the heeled Boots! I'm already a tall girl as it is and heel boots are my signature. But it's not so sexy when I'm towering over every guy I meet and it makes me feel self conscience. Most boots on the site are 3-4 inches tall and they're so uncomfortable, 2 inches seems to be the perfect amount of height without pain. Ive been able to find some 2 inch heels but there aren't a lot that are to die for.
Overall, Yes your boots are beautiful and fierce, but sometimes I wanna look cute and approachable.

All of their products look cheap. The packaging is horrendous. That cheap black bag looks so tacky and the items are NOT worth the money
