It's always great, from variety to customer service. When I had to call customer service about an exchange they were very polite it was fast. I loved that I wasn't put on hold on transfered a thousand times.

Shopping with Shoe Dazzle has been a pleasure. Have not been able to find thigh-high boots that would fit me for years. This company has many to choose from and I have bought 3 different pairs already. Only the Low-heel lace-up combat boot style but each pair fit fantastically. And all in different colors. Am a Rock and Roll musician Playing in a Dead cover band and these boots are just great for stage presence. Comfortable, I can wear them for hours. Have already had many compliments on them from fans, male and female. Think I'll be getting the high block heel style next. Love Shoe Dazzle. Thank you so much. Horrible not true to size. Returned jeans haven't seen a refund. The site doesn't have anything I want. I have like 4 credits but can find anything

I received my boots to no avail. They were a size 2 big. I was told by a customer service representative to return the boots. They had a size in the warehouse and the same as my boots or return they will ship the right size boots to me nevertheless, a month and a half goes well I didn't hear anything from shoe dazzle, nor in email, I recently called to be told the $12.95 was put into an account for me to use at my disposal. In the future mind you the only reason I wouldn't on the site is because I was told about the variety of sizes in waves when I called back, one of the representatives was entirely rude. This is the website that I will never ever use or refer anyone to.

Ordered 3 weeks prior to Christmas and as of today 1/5 I still have no received 3 of 4 items and customer service was absolutely no help!

I can't believe how comfortable and nice these boots are. I got a slippers which I wanted since the summer time. Fits perfect and very elegant. Thanks to shoe dazzle thats my shoe store for awhile now.
