I ordered a package in October and I never received it and I have not had anyone reach back to me about where my order is. This isn't the first time I made a purchase and there were no issues with that first one.
One pair of the boots are too big for my leg how do I return them this is the second pair that was to big

I bought 4 pairs of shoes and all 4 were a little small. The shoes arrived on December 23 and by Dec 27 I tried to initiate a return online but it says under the return option "Not Applicable". Meaning I can't return. This is very frustrating and a waste of money.

I love the shoes I purchased from Shoe Dazzle. The shipping and delivery service was excellent. The condition of both pairs of shoes was in the best shape possible. So, overall, I was.a very satisfied customer. I've worn one pair during the holidays and got lots of compliments. People were asking where I got them from and I told them without hesitation a website called Shoe Dazzle.

Didn't receive the item until 12/27. Late and I still haven't given it to my sister for her Christmas gift as we were out of town. I think 23 days is a bit excessive for shipping.

I took vip membership. The order is supposed to be home delivery, instead I'm supposed to go to postOffice. When I called the customer service they didn't helped me properly I contacted thrice for one order. The experience is not at all good

I do want to start by saying I don't think this was shoe dazzles fault….Fedex actually. I never received my shoes! They were transferred back to the warehouse, had to file a claim and then was told I would receive them…still nothing.

The rubbers were amazing! Very narrow onthe inside so i found they fit small (I'd already ordered 1/2 a size up). I wanted to exchange them but couldnt so am returning them!
The black boots looked different than the photo, very cheap and a little too flashy for me.

The associate credited my Venus credit card and then proceeded to place a new order for me successfully. My return item was placed with other returns and their order form's, etc.

I never received my order, then they canceled it! I called three times, they canceled my order without my permission. They told me to call back on January 4th to cancel it. I didn't have to they canceled it on their own.

I love the shoes and how fast my order came however I do not like that you have to subscribe to a monthly subscription in order to buy shoes the first time. Not everyone wants shoes monthly, some can't afford it.

Waited 2 weeks for my shoes, e-mail said they arrived-I never received them. Got a follow up email saying the shoes were returned from the shipping warehouse. My shoes were redelivered. One pair never arrived, was returned again. The second pair I was sent the wrong shoes. I returned the wrong shoes and just canceled my order.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.

There is an option called "pay-as-you-go". There will be no access to VIP prices and perks (such as an exclusive set of styles and reward points) anymore, but there will be no monthly fee.
