I received two items that were incorrect based on my order. They were the correct products, unfortunately they were for a young boy. I ordered a adult men's medium and received a young boys medium YM. The shorts that I ordered came in different colors and I selected I believe three different colors. It was the yellow pair, two each, that were incorrectly sent. I was disappointed that I was instructed that I needed to package up the incorrect shorts, print a label that was sent to me, and then drop the package off at a UPS shipping location. And to top it off, they are not going to send me the correct two pairs of shorts that I ordered. They said if I want them, I would have to put in a re-order. This was a discount from brads deals, not even sure I can still get the same price. Or that I even want to spend more time on this.
Product was delivered as found on the site. Customer support was excellent and provided accurate tracking details.
