Shoes came when promised and seen to be of good quality.
They may be a Puma "knock off" but are reasonably comfortable.

Unfortunately, the shoes did not fit they were too tight in the toe area, and I am not happy that I would lose so much money for a restock fee that I did not realize at the time. I will not be ordering further from Shoebacca.

Items were exactly as described and I received them extremely fast. Will definitely buy from again. Keep up the great work Shoebacca!

Great price on a name brand shoe, but don't expect Amazon-like delivery. You'll have to wait ten days... or longer.

I received 1 pair instead of 2. I called customer service, and was told the 2nd pair was coming from another warehouse. The customer service representative had answers for me right away, and gave me a delivery date for the 2nd pair. Great shoes, great customer service.

Order shoes sent wrong shoes order again put wrong address on pkg around 14 emails 3 or 4 phone calls I'm out around $72.00 dollars and a wrong pair of shoes in which I have to locate a ups store to get a refund. Will never order from them again very disappointed

I ordered a 2 pairs of shoes which Shoebacca had for a great price. My order was sent out almost immediately and I received exactly what I ordered. Will order again from this site.

Ordered two weeks ago, still waiting for my shoes. My order was processing until I contacted customer service. After 3 messages, I finally got an update. After I was told they would be shipped on Monday, I checked my order status for tracking info and found nothing. The order said it was complete. I had to reach out again for my tracking information. The tracking says they are coming Friday. I guess we'll see if they show up!
