When you click on the site and enter your email a discount code is sent to you. The discount code didn't work. I followed up with an email and they asked me to call them. The woman was great on the phone she stated this happens all the time with that the codes don't work. She also said she was refunding me the money. I do not know if it was a scam but the money was never refunded, the code never worked and they got me to pay full price.

The shoes where as described. Might run a bit small on actual size. Could have used a wider shoe size for me.
Great service, however I am disappointed the boots I ordered did not reflect the adversitisement regarding the color. Boots are very nice though!
