This was my first time ordering with Shoebacca, but I was impressed and will consider them as an option in the future.

I'm a Jamaican and I enjoy buying from shoebacca. I will buy again.

Due to style on my feet and size, I am returning 3 sneakers and will look and reorder.

Placing order and alerts/notifications are fast and timely helping to ensure that order is received, processed, shipped and when I can expect it to arrive. Very please with both experiences I've had with Shoebacca. My daughter was happy to have received the shoes she wanted whereas they were harder to find at other vendors.

I bought from Shoebacca twice so far and both times I had good user experience, timely delivery, and very reasonable price.

Fantastic customer service & fast shipping. There was an issue with my address, was adjusted quickly & got my son's cleats in time for Christmas.

The only issue I have with Shoebacca is that there was no return label or instructions to facilitate a return included in the package. I need to return the shoes.

Shoes got to me before a couple pair I had ordered through Saucony 2 weeks before the pair I ordered through Shoebacca. Shoebacca is smart though and they don't use FedEx. Unfortunately, Saucony does.
