I ordered a nice pair of men's shoes which arrived in a timely fashion. Shoe is of good quality and comfortable. However, a $25.00 expedited shipping charge was added to my order which I never requested. Immediately I called back and I was told the charge would be removed. Even after two other phone calls, I still did not receive the promised credit on my charge card. I am still waiting... Thank you for expediting it.
