Would have loved a "shipped" email and tracking number because I am neurotic and like to watch them move, but they arrived in a timely manor and were exactly as I expected.

Boots came in on time. The boots do not have a padded insole. The cold comes through.

My package took a long time to deliver and when I got it, they sent me the wrong size.
