I've bought the same pair of shoes for years now. Always size 11.5. For whatever reason these 11.5 shoes are much larger. I should have tried to return them but after how unimpressive the ordering and shipment tracking system was I just gave up and am dealing with them. The price was great, but maybe too good to be true.

Never got shipping confirmation and had to call for that, but it was delivered the same day I called. Had my order within 5 days and the boots were exactly what I wanted.

Ordered size 9, got size 11 in a box labeled size 9. Now have the hassle of a return I have to pay for. Not sure I'll order again.
