First time ordering from Shoebacca, never even heard of it before. I did a web search for the running shoes I wanted and the Shoebacca website was listed. Easy to find my size and color and got my shoes a couple days later. Easy as Pie!

I was looking for some high-quality snow boots for my husband for his birthday. I would have had to order them from Canada if I had gotten them directly from the manufacturer, which would have taken weeks and weeks with international shipping delays. Not only was I able to get the exact same product from Shoebacca in a fraction of the time, they were also almost $100 cheaper. It was a total win-win. Highly recommend Shoebacca.

That's it. Crickets for over 2 weeks.
Had to call customer service, was told they'll look into it and send me an email.
Crickets.
Called again, told I'd be receiving a refund.
Still waiting
