HI -- Shoebacca should be more clear that it is necessary to have an account to easily return items. I have now set up an account, but because we ordered before the account existed it is way too hard to find a way to input the order number and ask for a return label...

Look, size etc etc is ok but when I recd.it was smelling a lot. I observed oil mark on the shoulder. I washed it and using it. However, I filed return request and was approved also but before that I washed it.
