Shipping was fairly quick. I had paid for the same athletic shoes at a stores and paid over thirty dollars more, I enjoy the option of purchasing a second pair at a more reasonable price.

Shoes arrived quickly and as described. The size to actual size thing was very helpful as both pair fit perfectly and they're two different sizes. I will buy again.
I got my shoes and they are as ordered. However, shopping on the website was difficult and tracking my order was impossible. After ordering and creating an account, my order never synced with my account. Every time I tried to teack my order, it brought my to my account page where it said "no orders". When I looked up the order on an incognito page, it showed shipped but didn't have tracking info. When I went through numerous hoops and obstacles to finally find a tracking number, it didn't say which carrier had it. After I finally tracked my order, it said it was going to be late. Shoebacca sent a follow up email saying it had been delivered, but no tracking info still, and I knew the order was not delivered. It finally got delivered. But what a terrible experience!
I really appreciate the discounts at Shoebacca. I have never had an issue with orders. However, this last time, the box with two pair of shoes inside arrived untaped and open, getting the shoe boxes on the inside wet. This is probably due to a poor tape job, but it could also be at the fault of the delivery service. Also, I live in a big city, and unfortunately, package theft is an issue here. I wish their boxes were nondescript, sans logo.
