They collected entire details of my requirements patiently because my order was custom made dress which must be according to my body size. When I got the dress, I checked entire size and found that it is same as the dimensions which I have mentioned in my order. From this I can say that they never make any compromise in the quality of product. I am writing this review because I want to share my personal experience with Shirleysdress. I have ordered one dress which is little bit costly. Actually I need it within 20 days for wearing in my friend's engagement function. I got the dress in 17 days and am very happy with the quality of materials used in it.

So I was kinda afraid to open it kinda thinking such a beautiful dress and really great price there must be a catch, so I took a deep breath open it and I was so amazed! Ladies the dress was soooooo perfect! It fit like a glove it has soo many details is just perfect! So if you're thinking about it go for it! I bought this dress on my husband's account for myself. I never expected it to be too good when I got it because there were some bad reviews and I was so worried... I am writing this review for anyone who may be worried about shirleys... Order my own size. 16... It fits me PERFECT! The dress is a little past ankle length and I also got a free petti-coat from shirleysdress to make it big and it makes me look amazing! If you need a dress, this is the "pin up" look for you.
The dress is also nice enough to some formals.
It's absolutely one of the best purchases I have ever made online! I am going to look into the rest of their dresses to see if I can have something else! Oh, the chest area also fits me good :) If you're still considering buying this, just do it!

I purchased an evening gown (http://www.shirleysdress.com/demure-off-the-shoulder-lace-bodice-illusion-tulle-floor-length-dress-p*******.html) from them and couldn't be more disappointed.

I tried it on but it was much larger than the standard size 8 that I had ordered. If the quality hadn't been so much inferior than that of the one displayed on their website, I would have kept the dress and have it altered. But I couldn't even stand looking at the dress because it looked SO CHEAP!

I wish I had read reviews before I wasted my money on their product. They said they will refund me for 80% (20% they keep as restocking fee), but out of that amount they will discount the shipping price of $30+ (that was free to me) and I still had to pay to ship the dress back. What a waste of money!

I doubt the photos of dresses displayed on their website are genuine. I suspect the photos are not theirs and they sew a "similar" dress of much inferior quality. That's China! We should not expect anymore than a cheap, poor quality product from China. Please don't waste your money!

I was a little scared about ordering a dress online especially with the unbelievable low prices. I got my dress two days ago and it was perfect! I definitely will be recommending this site to all my friends!

Let me start by saying... I love my 3 dresses I just received from Shirley's Dress. Just like many, I was very apprehensive about ordering bridesmaides dresses online, especially after reading some of the reviews. But I couldn't beat the price, so I went for it. I am so glad I followed my gut. The dresses are absolutely gorgeous! The quality is simply amazing! I promise the quality of the dresses are the same if not better than what you would buy at higher end bridal stores. I am so thrilled with my purchase. I feel like I scored big time. I paid about $70 per dress, and they are worth about $170. They all arrived perfect, and super fast! I am so impressed with this transaction, that I just ordered my bridal gown from them. I can't wait to get it!

Hi I am a real person who lives in GIlbert, AZ. I ordered a dress that had no reviews on it from the www.shirleysdress.com, and although I was aprehensive about placing the order due to the reviews on both ends; I ordered! I followed my gut and it payed off! The dress quality was leaps and bounds above what I could have expected! I needed the dress in time to depart for my vow renewal on July 3rd.
I ordered the dress with just enough time for expedited shipping to may be get it to my the day before I boarded the plane. I emailed the company to see if it was worth placing the order. I received replies each time within 24 hours from June Zeng! June assured me that the dress would arrive on time and she was right. I got it a week early, June 27th; and it was gorgeous! It had a built in corset, was satin lined, the rouching was amazing and it looked just like the picture. The only downfall was that it didn't quite fit in the hips, the rest of it fit like a glove, their measurements were right on. I contacted June to see if I could get a refund and ship it back, and she offered to either yes, ship it back or get 20% refund and try to resell it on my own.
This company really wants you to be happy and it shows. I had to write on behalf of this company because they went above and beyond what any other online company has ever done. By the way... most of the products in the United States originate in China and they do an amazing job! It cracks me up that so many people are bagging on that fact! Wake up people! Earlier I wrote a bad review about the ugly dress I got from these guys. I ordered the dress because I wasn't well enough to go into stores and try on dresses and I couldn't find the dress I wanted (see picture). Well folks there's a better way! Note the photo I've attached to this review. I looked everywhere online to find this dress at a reputable dress shop or to find the original designer and I couldn't find the dress anywhere else so I took the chance with shirleysdress.com

Me and two other friends went to buy bridesmaid dresses from this site, and they had exactly what we wanted. After ordering our dresses and paying for them + $40 shipping we were each sent emails saying that the colour or size wasn't available and asked if we would like a refund. We all asked for the refund. My two other friends got there refund after a week, and I still don't have my money back! I send them emails everyday about it, it has now been 3 weeks! They never get back to me about the issue, and when they do they just ask me to be patient and to wait a few more days!
This is ridiculous, I feel like I've been scammed and cheated, and now I can't buy my bridesmaid dress until I save up the money to do so. Very disappointed!

We purchased two dresses for my daughter, and we gave exact measurements. Only one dress was received. The prom dress arrived, the color was supposed to be a bright dark green, it was the color of dark pea soup, ugh. The length was way too long, and the back panels 4 - 5 inches too big. To have the dress altered is going to cost as much as the dress cost... I have contacted the company and at this point have only received a generic email response. After reviewing prior reviews, I do not anticipate a good customer service response, nor refund. A lesson well learned for my teenage daughter, albeit a costly one. Would never buy here again!

I recetly ordred this lovely chic kneelength peach off shoulder dress whcih arrived this morning. Well, it looked way better than the pic and the material is sooo good. The patch work in the front look really good in person and this is really a masterpiece crafted by experienced people. Considering the price I paid, this is def a steal. The selection was also easy to make as I was able to scroll through the site easily. Payment also secure and safe.
