I have been using Shipito for more than 5 years. For the last two or three shipments from Oregon I have experienced poor service at the warehouse, though for the previous two those issues were remedied once I contacted customer service. The last time, however, I have had numerous issues that took a long time to resolve, or were not resolved to my satisfaction. All of them appear to be at the warehouse itself - very poor photo quality of contents (to the point where the contents cannot be identified from the photos) and no follow-up despite numerous complaints.

I made a formal complaint to the supervisor, to which I received a reply, but nothing changed. For this reason I will be looking for a new freight forwarding service because I have had enough of Shipito. In the last 1-2 years the costs of freight have gone up by around 30% and the service has gone down about 90%. No reason to stay!

I'm sad because I knew Shipito for more than 4 years and noticed one day a real drop on service quality, price raises, web site bugs, very slow processing of packages, poor customer service when u contact them, they're really not efficient.
It's really not what it used to be, you could tell that the workers were motivated and wanted to do a good job a few years before.
I heard it what sold... I guess it's true, now the new owner only focus on making more money I suppose.

Shipito has been my favorite forwarding mail service, however lately the service been slightly trended down from packaging quality to the charge of shipping and the speed of processing but it remains on top of competitors at least for me.

Good job and Keep it up.

Received a package after roughly 30 business days comparing 5-15 stated in the description. Hence arrived after it was needed.

Plus it looks like they are trying to perceiving us on this site with so many 1st time user reviewing on March 7th, while nothing positive happened for a while before...

The solution

I've used Shipito services for a year now and I have had three packages sent to Brazil. I have no complaints and I really like the pictures they take when the packages arrive at the warehouse. It's been a solution for the packages that sellers don't offer shipping directly to Brazil.

Over $900USD of my packages "went missing". Customer service is a joke I don't even think I got an apology for this theft, and then they went ahead and closed my account stealing my $100USD deposit balance. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM RUN BY A BUNCH OF MONKEYS WITH NEGATIVE IQs

I am only an occasional user of Shipito, and that is why they are perfect for my needs. I did not want to be tied down to a monthly contract when I knew that there would be many months when I did not need their services. When I have used them, I have found them to be efficient, professional and good value for money. I highly recommend them.

I have been searching for a service that allows the shipment of goods from the US to Canada for retailers who do not ship internationally. Shipito does that and with very little markup. The various options for shipping including USPS can avoid the hefty brokerage fees and shipping methods that sellers use to ship international to Canada. They take a photo of the outside of every package received so you know what kind of condition it arrived in. I have had several packages shipped to me, often by the most economical method, which may mean without tracking and it always showed up relatively quickly. I have tried other shipping forwarding companies, and while reliable, they just do not compare to the price and options that Shipito provides. You won't be disappointed.

At first I was really pleased with this website, living in the French Caribbean I cannot find all of my hair products or makeup over there. Ive ordered a couple of times from websites in the US and Shipito sent my packages just fine. Last week I made a new purchase, using exactly the same Visa Debit Card I used for my past transactions (and of course making sure I had enough on my bank account for the transaction) but I couldnt make a deposit since Shipito system keeps failing. I raise a ticket and contacted customer service who told me that their IT team was looking into it and that I needed to provide a copy of my ID since they have changed their payment method (in the meantime I purchased a couple of items on Amazon with the same debit card and the transaction went just fine). The very next day trying to log into my Shipito account I realized that my login was not working, I contacted Shipito customer support and they told me that I needed to contact their supervisor which I did by sending an email and got the following reply Please note that the ID that you have sent is a fake ID, and Shipito has a zero tolerance policy for such behavior and therefore we are not able to reopen the account. In order to get the package out of your account I will need you to have the merchant contact us to retrieve the package. Regards, Mariana G.
I am not a fraud and my ID has been delivered to me in hand by the French Authorities and I really cannot accept to be call a fraud.
Those people at Shipito are really arrogant and rude and decided based on I dont know which method that my ID was a fake one (so if I had a fake ID, how come I manage to get the ESTA document authorizing me to enter the US for the last couple of years? How come the Israeli custom let me enter Israel a couple of times in the past?
Shipito (a tiny winy little website) has such a great ID scamming tool that they should probably consider to sell it to other Big Players such as Amazon or even to Governments in order to reduce their so called fraud to ZERO!
