I have been working with Shipito for more than 5 years. I did 29 consolidations and 40 shipments worldwide. They started with very professional behaviour and high-quality customer support. By the time I see several drawbacks that make me frustrated. The customer service responses are very poor and lack a sense of support rather than response. The delay in responses and the shipping rates are getting higher. After a long journey of engagement and doing business, finally, I decided to terminate the service with them and switch to a better service provider.

My tiny little package of 0.5 lb has been waiting for God knows what at Shipito's warehouse for over a week now.
I've been in contact with the support three times where they promissed to ship it on the next monday coming up. On tuesday I contacted the support again and didn't even get an apology until I asked for it. LOL
It's not thursday and the package is still not shipped out.
If I knew this before hand I would have chosen a different company even if it cost a little bit more.

They made my shipito account INACTIVE saying i am "fraudulent". Fraudulent because i am FIGHTING for my RIGHTS! This is how coward, thiefs and unprofessional they are! This company is a SCAM, i am a serious musician who buy gear online since 2004 and this never happened to me! Every private seller on ebay who shipped directly to me had his item normally delivered!
Shipito made my item disappear, finding excuses for 3 months and when i started to get really pissed they simply closed my account to get rid of the problem!

Please people let's be united to sue them and have our money back! These cannot go on and on!

I think you could try Viabox, they're the best Freight Forwarders in the market, they even accept bitcoins as payment and their customer service answers to any of you queries in just 1 to 12 hours.
I used Shipito once - never again! My package was lost and they have the most unhelpful customer support team I've had the misfortune to come across. It took them forever to reply to my complaint and even then it was just a copy-pasted excuse.
Nowadays I use Viabox instead. Their customer service team actually manage to be friendly & helpful & will get back to you within 12 hours.

Please give the company another chance as I've experienced the same issues as other people on this site. Let me explain why I'm staying with Shipito and giving them another go.
I received a phone call from the CEO of the company as well as two other senior members, they had reviewed my case and wanted to talk to me about improving there service standards. They asked me some questions and also explained the reason for all the issues around Nov-Dec 16. As new business owners they are upgrading computer software to give customers a better and more efficient service with all new things there is always going to be issues the main thing is that Shipito is doing this to improve the service that they can offer to there customers and they understand that things could have been handled better. So please if you are an old Shipito customer give them another chance and if your looking for a shipping company don't look any further give them a go. I've been in business 25 years and I've never had such a positive experience when dealing with an issue hats off to Shipito for hearing me out and making changes to improve there business. Very impressed!
Shipito STOLE a package of mine worth 700 dollars plus all i payed for shipping!
After 3 months (now it's 5!) they simply could not give me an answer about what happened to my item! They had the paypal invoice of what i payed for it (700 dollars they even photographed it for me!) i also insured shipping. After "reimbursing" me for 20 ridiculous dollars into THEIR account, they made my shipito account INACTIVE saying i am "fraudulent". Fraudulent because i am FIGHTING for my RIGHTS! I used Shipito for many many years, i have spent alot of money
They got my Items stolen. Customer support threatens to charge me 350$ for complaining about it and kick me out of the site, i got tracking number that say that shipping never pick up, i didnt get my money back,
I never saw any updates on the tracking code and contacted them several times for an explanation only to be told that the package was "on it's way" despite the one single tracking update showing that it was sitting in their warehouse. I am trying to get them to pay the insurance amount and refund the shipping cost but they're ignoring my requests.

After reading reviews here I was kind of worried as there has been a lot of bad ones lately. I had a lot of problems ordering some cosmetics for my girlfriend... we ended up losing one package and another was counterfeit. So I ordered straight from the company and use Shipito. All of the steps to get my item went smoothly and within 2 weeks I got my package with all items.

I've been with them for many many years, i have spent tens and tens of thousands of dollars with them.
They used to be convenient, reasonably quick and easy to work with.
Last 6 months not so much:
- Items get stolen. Customer support threatens to charge me 250$ for complaining about it
- Packages are extremely poorly packaged, damaged items (no compensation), and sometimes they simply will not consolidate stuff even if it fits causing hundreds of $ cost for item which should have been consolidated
- Constant system bugs as they "make it better", too numerous usability issues now to even count them all... Using shipito is... like tar these days
- Benefits keeps being removed from old time customers
- No more TNT MPS option at all (used to be far most economic)

I sent a package to shipito about 4 days ago and it arrived on 8 april. They sent me pictures of the bok and it was ok. Then i put a special request for pictures of the content of the boc but they were delaying so i canceled my special request and went ahead and made the necessary payment and i recieved a mail that i have succesfully completed the deposit. But the problem is since i made the deposit they are not more informing about my product and they say they are processing my specialm request but since 2 days i am getting no feedback!

I used Shipito to send a package to Australia which was insured for US$436. Shipping cost me US$176 and delivery timeframe was meant to be 4-9 business days. Hello, I am a new customer. I live in France and I passed for the first time order with SHIPITO and although I am incredibly delighted. I received my order in 10 days. We took care in the shipping I received my order intact. Thanks again
The shipping cost is horrible. The package weight 7.5 lbs and the dimension size is 18" x 24" x 24" and shipping cost is $200 USD to Asia

All went well until my 4th delivery, and then hell broke loose.
After receiving confirmation for my package consolidation I ordered mailout (SHIPITOFR*******) on 20.02.2017 from the HAWTHORNE warehouse.
Seven working days later I started inquiring as for why the package was not sent. I went on contacting their customer support four days in a row. And four days in a row Shipito support officers assured me that the package would be mailed out the same day. Also it worth noting that no supervisor was available to assist me.
On the fifth day I received an email from the warehouse supervisor telling me that the package was lost (?!). Shipito said they were working on locating the package. Fair enough, mistakes happen, I though I could wait a few days out of courtesy before starting to press them.
And then I went on waiting... for f**ing 25 days! With absolutely 0 feedback from any employee at Shipito. Bear in mind that I had invested USD 400 in the content of that package.
On the 28th day I replied back to the supervisor's email saying that leaving me hanging without any form of feedback was unacceptable and complained about their lack of quality in handling customers when things get a little bit complicated (a shipping company that can't even keep track of its packages...).
On the 30th day the supervisor answered back saying that the package was currently being inspected. They did not say if it was really lost in the first place, all I know now that it is being inspected. I gave them the green-light to go ahead, and if there was any article that I would not be able to ship abroad, the set it aside.
Two days later I got a generic response from a disgruntled employee stating that this process will take 10 additional workings days to be processed!
You can now understand why I would absolutely NEVER recommend SHIPITO to any serious or occasional customer willing to shop in the US. Any cent you will save on the first few shipments with them will be spent back the very first time they $#*! up your delivery.
STAY AWAY from them by all means.

I've been a shipito customer for almost 3years and get good services. But recently i have a very bad problem with them. My consolidated package is reported lost by shipito before it have been shipped yet. I already told them that the lost package is contains hard to find items for my classic bike '72 norton commando, i waited too long for those items to be completed and countless sleepless night to wait the auction ends for those items. They ask me to send seller's invoices which is total almost $700, and after several weeks waiting they sent me reimbursed money $46, and i said what? My total invoices is worth almost $700 and just reimbursed $46? They told me that they reimburse the value of declared customs that i wrote on the form. I know that the declared value reimburse is for a package that lost in shipping process, and my package is lost at their warehouse which is have to be fully reimbursed by them. Now i really pissed off, i've lost my stuff, lost my money, lost my time, cant finish my bike! Just because of their greed and un professional service. You have to remember who are the one helping you getting big? Your customers! And who are gonna make you lost? Also your upset customer like me! For people who wants to use shipito services, i have to say please consider it again, there's more warehouse service similar out there, just not shipito!
