I shipped an apple computer to France thru Shipitoi and USPS. Bought on B&H as Apple dont send to Shipito. I had a good service informed when arrived with photos. I asked them to put a birthday letter for my son and the invoice for custom. They did it perfectl, took great care of the parcel revolving old shipping address add tapes... Price for shipping thru USPS was correct. I carry on with them of course
I have much packages at shipito.
I want to shipped out my package but my account is locked.
Customer Support ask me to send Photo Card ID with my (selfie), I have send that.
And then he ask you to send Photos driver license, I have send that.
And then he ask you to send Invoice packages, I have send then.
And now he ask me to send utility bill and go to notarized and fill form 1583.
He think I understand about that?
You know, this SHIPITO will still locked my account.

i did use 24 hour chat support and due to geographical location, time different is +8GMT, all enquiry is handle professionally by personnel. I m happy with her response. Yeah, u might have a great product but support services is matter. Keep it up work Shipito.

After writing my initial review in regards to Shipito, I was contacted directly by them. The person who contacted me apologised for my frustration, and in the short term, has come up with a very workable solution. I believe she could see that the processing and consolidation rates are making the overall cost higher than competitors, and to their CREDIT, they are DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
In her words "(Shipito) is currently in the process of reviewing all of our fees and pricing in the hopes of streamlining and simplifying things for our customers as well as putting together a program specifically designed for our high-volume customers".
I stand by my initial review, in that the processing and consolidation fees are currently too high, but I retract the statement where they don't care. It's possible the person on the chat didn't care that day, but Shipito management does.
SO... if you're interested in them, I can 100% vouch for their reliability and service, they do a great job, and I have been happy with them for years on that front. If they can get the fee structure to be competitive with the industry, they'll continue to grow, as their shipping prices are actually CHEAPER then similar competitors.

MY INITIAL REVIEW (please read the update after): I've been a customer with Shiptio since 2014. I just shipped a package using Shipito, and paid $5 per item in processing and consolidation fees. Just to put it into perspective, I consolidated 24 packages, many of them a single book, into one package, and paid $120 in processing and consolidation fees. Then, as they are books, I've then been charged an "oversize" fee of $10. So all up, I'm paying only about $350 for my merchandise, and almost $450 in shipping. The fees just aren't simply worth it.
I just checked on MyUs.com site, and could have the same package shipped for $251.95... saving me $189.81 in charges. I then contacted Shipito using their chat to see if they could look at reducing some of the fees (they used to be $2 per package)... and the chat person told me she had no way of doing so. I told her it simply isn't viable, and that I would be looking elsewhere, and she responded with "okay".
Shipito used to be fantastic, and financially viable, and the fees were okay. Now, you can add $5 to the cost of any package, no matter it's contents or size, and that's before you even get nailed with shipping costs.

I have been using shipito services for several years and never been dissapointed. They are very reaponsive to my questions, request, and any other things. They offer many benefits to their services. Their price is also very reasonable. To summarize, shipito will always offer you excellent service!

The service is excellent, I hv no complaint, all of my packages are handled very fast, the consolidation, concierge service, repacking etc, and value for money. Shipito provide several options for forwarder services which I can choose depend on my budget.

I was really happy with the service I received. For certain products that cannot be shipped outside the US a service like this is a must. I'm also really happy that they have new cheaper options for those willing to wait longer.

I ordered from two 3rd Parties through Amazon. Both parcels were delivered on the same day to the warehouse in Tualatin. I booked the consolidation of those 2 parcels, and i sent the custom declaration for the whole order. Shipito opened the first Amazon parcel took out 2 small envelopes and put them again into one box again! The second parcel from Amazon was completly ignored. Then they made the customs declaration for all 4 items for the only box with 2 items they created. After many mails and chats, i gave up and accepted to have double customs costs and double shipment costs. They didn't even hand out a coupon for $5 for the wrong consolidation.

I get why so many people hate Shipito, but I guess you get what you pay for. My experience was always flawless with them. Every time I needed customer support, they replied in under a minute and always had a solution to my issues.
The shipping itself can get quite expensive, specially if you live on a country that is famous for overcharging. But that's not their fault.

They update you when you receive an item in their warehouse but they won't ship to you when you make such a request. They are thieves. We need to report them to their domain registrar, hosting company and USA government. They are ripping innocent people off!
We take security of merchants and customers very seriously. All accounts are treated the same and the same rules apply. The only reasons we would not ship merchandise is if there is not a valid form of payment, the identification and payment forms do not match or a merchant has reported suspected fraud. All customers are contacted and told how to resolve security related issues.
I have signed up. Everything looked OK. I made my first order from EU store to Austrian address. It arrived. It was still OK. I have created shipping request to my home address and made a deposit with Bitcoin.
Next day, instead of shipping, they have frozen my account and asked for 2 ID documents. They didn't want to answer why. I understand that companies are sometimes afraid of credit card fraud, and ask for additional verification, but I have made a deposit with Bitcoin (no fraud, no chargeback possible!).
Again, I asked for explanation why do they need my documents and answer was "because your account was flagged for review".
Not 1, but 2 documents. No explanation why. And I need to upload it to their ticket system and they will keep it safe... Sorry, but no. I was thinking for a few days and said no, I refuse it, please send shipment back to merchant and refund my deposit.
Now, they don't want to refund me to Bitcoin:"I am sorry but we do not offer bitcoin refund, we can only refund it via paypal."
I'm sorry, but I don't accept PayPal. I have made a deposit with Bitcoin and I want refund in Bitcoin. I do not offer PayPal to Bitcoin exchange service, and if I would it would have high fees and you would have to provide me with at least 3 IDs.
I don't care any more. No need to refund me. Keep the package, keep the deposit. It's loss I can live with and I would rather lose it all then providing you with 2 IDs that will once you get hacked be sold on deep web. I don't need to live with that stress. Just to warn other members. If you need EU address, there are many more companies. I haven't tried them all, but they can't be worse then this one.

Im seriously addicted to shopping online and even more so because of Shipitos services... theyre just fast, friendly and their packaging is good (although there was that one time where one of my facial toners spilled but they reimbursed me for the items full price and it was just a small spill). I miss their points-rewarding thingy though... where you can collect points every time you send a package and then I think once you reached a certain point you get a discount on the shipping price. SHIPITO if you are reading this please consider bringing that back! Ive also used their assisted purchase service a number of times already and so far its been a good experience.

For many years Shipito provided assistance with my packages with perfect record. Consolidation, package box reinforcement, wide choice of carriers and assistance with paperwork, all boxes ticked.

Since it was bought by another company and changed the visuals, shipito has changed from the company that we used to love into what you'll read below. Before we had problems 1-2 per year but now it's 1-2 per WEEK.
- Before we could talk with a real person: Jason (customer service manager), Ryan (warehouse manager) or even John (CEO and owner). Now we only talk with receptionists whose only job is to apologize. Recently some of them are even unpleasant over the chat, not showing any willing to help the customer to work out the issue.
- New look of the website is complete pain. It's quite messy, a lot of great features that we loved before have gone for some unknown reason.
- Handling with items is poor. They've ruined a lot of my expensive and sensitive items although I've messaged them numerous times saying how NOT to handle with them. Quality of photos they take is also unacceptable. 20 years old cheap camera would make better ones.
Though they still charge customers anywhere they can, even for what is not special request actually.
- They lost my item and after weeks of back and forths, I was never refunded for my loss. They suddenly just stopped replying about that issue, like it's quite normal to get stuff lost. Completely unprofessional. This never happened before.
- They offer ONLY FedEx shipping within USA! Not even largest carriers like USPS or UPS. One more thing that is hard to believe. FedEx prices are ridiculously high btw.
- Price have hiked with no explanation. Shipito is now run by people like Nicole, Katrina, Mariana, Nancy, which are toddlers with no responsibility. Everyone is a supervisor, all email accounts redirect to the same inbox.
- It takes them very long to respond on Support Tickets filled by customer. Before we used to get reply almost instantly.
- They also removed their support forum, I guess they were overwhelmed by their incompetence.
Stay away and look for other alternatives.
Excellent service. Ive been a customer of the company for past 5 years and the facility offered is outstanding and beyond any reproach. I asked by way of their chat sevice to reopen my parcel and to describe exactly what the contents look like and i was satisfy with the reply. I will stay with shipito.
