I expend around $2.000,00 on a cheap cardboard material that came missing the lights (the most exciting part) they refund $25.00 and told me to buy it at amazon. I place 4 orders, 2 have arrived and 2 are missing the party is in a week and they simply don't have an answer. PLEASE BE CAREFULL, party times are supposed to be fun and not a nightmare.
UPDATE... never received the product or my money back

Was happy now mad

Placed a $500+ order and received everything within a week except ONE banner. It has now been 18 days (4/3/2021) Since we reordered and status is still unfulfilled. Customer Service keeps saying they will follow up and we have yet for someone to call us back. We will NEVER order from here again. The price is cheap, we are happy with the banners we received but trying to get one made seems impossible. We have one very disappointed kid without a graduation banner. Had we received everything in our order they would have been 5 stars.

Order Never Shipped

I was promised a delivery date of 3/24/21. My order was placed on 3/13/21. The only traction I have regarding this is "Order is Confirmed." No tracking info ever updated. I chatted with an online agent because I never got to anyone on the phone. Her name was Victoria. She staed that my order was suppose to ship the day before, but a delay occurred and she would have it shipped overnight. Moments later I called the customer service number and got a person by the name of Kelsey. She said my order hadn't even reached production yet. I questioned her. So, what exactly was going to be shipped to me the day prior if my order hasn't even made production? She then stated that they have an outdated system & s communication issue & to maybe wait it out. This "business" is a JOKE! Please don't order from here. Now I have to come up with last minute solutions for my daughter's birthday! Hopefully, my refund won't take as long as this nonexistent order.

THE WORST, NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ordered 44 Fatheads. They came relatively on time. Forgot to order one, so paid expedited shipping. Customer Service NEVER RETURNS EMAILS. I have been on hold for over an hour on their 800 number waiting for one of their amazing customer service agents. Their call back option DOESN'T WORK. They have no online chat as they state. The customer service agents DO NOT RETURN EMAILS. Don't tell me to call and ask for Customer Service Managers without giving me their extension. Social Media contact took down my post on facebook but didn't find the time to respond to my question. Just ship my order like I paid for--is that so difficult?

I placed an order and paid extra for it to arrive early. The order will not come in on time due to a delay.
The delay was not communicated to the customer at the time of purchase. The website listed the delivery date. Now, 3 days before the party my two year old has zero decorations. Lastly I have to wait 3-5 for a return of almost $200. I will never buy from again.

Great posters. Horrible customer service. They forgot to ship one poster, wouldn't help with shipping one I had to reorder. Something that was their fault, the customer loses out.

Honestly if they would have had a quarter star or a half a star that's what they would have got this is a horrible unprofessional company you have to keep contacting them and they will not contact you back you call their phone number and they'll tell you you have 18 to 20 people in front of you on the phone waiting to talk to them everybody has complaints this is a horrible company do not buy nothing from them they are overpriced and they take forever to send you your items

Shindigz WAS a good place to purchase custom signs and such from. Just recently (Feb 2021) the website underwent some updates and they royally f*&'d up the site and save areas. Whatever you may have saved was gone post site update. In addition, the site was useless the first few days post update. You couldnt even input in any discount codes - yet they provided you with DISCOUNT codes to use. Useless. Tried calling instead and the reps there were utterly useless and they knew it. Made no sense negotiating with them. But sadly enough they offered nothing that gave you a positive feeling. I ended up wit 4 separate orders that now look like they cannot be fulfilled. For sure, I should have stayed clear of this site. I'm guessing post COVID they just havent figured some things out. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Its just sad that my current offer is stuck with them and I cant do anything about it.

Never Disappointed; Always Satisfied

I have ordered from Shindigz in the past and this time was no different. As always, I received fast, prompt and courteous service. I ordered a personalized product on February 19th; it was shipped February 21st and received February 25th. The product was exactly as pictured and my personalized design was exactly as I had conceptualized. When I encountered a minor problem, LAUREN was there to handle my concern and address my needs in a most courteous and professional manner - immediately! Her customer service rating is a 10+! I will definitely be ordering again and again!

After Paying for the item to be shipped on second-day delivery they sent the wrong item. And it took me forever to get someone to answer back. Live chat was courteous but provided only a refund resolution. My baby boy's birthday was ruined.

Bridal Shower Decor and more...

I received my order yesterday & everything was so nice! Exceeded my expectations! Great quality, the colors were spot on and everything was packaged very carefully. I ordered 4 chandeliers plus some other decor and they all made it to me perfectly! I will be placing more orders very soon! Great Customer Service

Ive been using Shindigz for a while now. My orders have always been delivered promptly and in perfect condition. When I needed something sent to 30 different addressed and didnt want to put 30 separate orders in, Tami from their customer service team was kind enough to take on that burden, saving me time and money. I always loved Shindigz, but this made me really appreciate them and will continue to order my marketing materials from them every time.

I am so excited! I started not to order from this sight due to the nay sayers saying that they didn't receive there items on time! When I say I ordered my items for my daughters 4th birthday on Sunday and here it is Thursday and everything have came! Excellent customer service I emailed them they emailed me right back. You can't listen to everyone follow your heart. I am glad I did. Thanks to Shindigz Aubri will be having her Barbie Dream house Birthday! Yayyy! Thank you so much!

Horrendous Company!

I ordered a graduation banner for my daughter who just graduated 12th grade. The order took weeks and weeks to arrive. When it did arrive it was the wrong order- with someone else's daughter on the banner!
Shingdigz have not responded to my emails, phone class or anything else.
A terrible, inefficient company with dreadful customer service.

Ordered a flag for my dad back at the begging of May. It took them 4 weeks to ship it out and when i tried to call and email to get a status you cant get a hold of anyone. It wasent till my 4th email that i sent stating i wanted to cancel the order that they conveniently tell me that the order has already shipped. Even then i never got the product because 2 weeks after it shipped they tell me it was damaged.
These people will only contact you at the worst time and are no help what so ever, just a hassle.
Trust me, you would want to go with any other company but them.

This is the worst company! They shipped purchase after the delivery date promised. I sent several emails to contact them with no response until i took pictures of delivery tracking and very detailed email about how unhappy I was with their service. The customer service number was never working, they referred you to their website for customer service attention (joke)... This company sucks! Waste of money and blamed it on short staff due to our current lack of staff Covid situation. If this is the case, send out an email to notify your customers your product will be a month late and that your staff is ill. Extremely disappointed. Will never purchase from this company again.

I placed an order on 5/6, with guaranteed shipping of 5/27. I was charged on 5/18 so I assumed it had been shipped. On 5/26 I checked to see where the item was in transit. To my surprise it hadn't shipped. They told me they are behind and would cancel the order. It's been a week and still no refund. Received a generic email from them today saying order was cancelled and the hold on my credit card will disappear. I told them they charged me on 5/18. I just now received a note saying they credited me on 5/27. They clearly can't get their crap together. Would never order from them again. Would advise others to look at their Facebook page where so many customers are angry or annoyed with the lack of communication from this company.
