I ordered something on April 19th and it's May 10th and I haven't received my order. I've called the company and of course, no one answers. It says I'm number 59 in line and they never answer! I'm on hold for over 2 hours! Then the automated service says to do on line chat, but their online chat says no reps are available. I send an email and no response, but they took my money! They stole my money!
Never! Order from this company. They suck. I ordered something for my son's graduation and only the stickers were sent/ I even sent proof to the company showing that only the mailbag with stickers came and it was marked 1of 1. I contacted them several times and NO ONE has reached out to me to rectify the problem or refund my money. I ended up going through Oriental Trading- Great Company. I receive all products- even personalized stuff within the week. I am trying to prevent someone else's disappointment and waste of money.
Zero stars! Horrible customer service and liars! Over $1500 spent not delivered and can't get refund! Do not order from them!
I ordered my product over a month ago. They do not respond to emails, chat is always turned off and if you call you wait for hours and still 72 in line. Find your supplies elsewhere.
I placed an order a month in advance AND paid expedited shipping and I did not receive my package on time. It wasn't even shipped until the date I should have received it. The bigger issue is I emailed customer service several times and never hear back. I tried calling today and couldn't reach a life person. I still have received my items and I would like a refund. Will keep trying but would recommend NOT ordering from the company. I am very disappointed. More so that I possibly load over $100.
Please spare yourself and do not use them right now. I had to wait on hold for 2 1/2 hours Just to figure out what the status of my order was. We ordered high school banners, they arrived two weeks late, there was one missing, and it was so pixelated that we couldn't even hang them up. There were no errors or warnings during the review process that would've showed there was issues with the pixelation, so it was a processing issue. They will not return my emails. We've use them in the past and they've been great, but it's clear they have some serious issues going on right now.
Has anyone had any issues with Shindigz? I ordered something on March 29 and it's now April 29. I've sent 2 emails, tried live chat. Left message there, have called 3 times and now calling again and have been on hold 2 hours and 11 minutes.

I am so sad this experience was awful so far. I ordered decorations, one special order banner that was expensive. I got my shipment and the very expensive banner was not in the order. However it was showing on the invoice as in the shipment. I have sent emails (5) and tried calling. This last time I was on hold for 120 minutes before I hung up. That led me to believe there is nobody answering phones. You just get the bad recording over and over. I called and tried the option to have a call back, it just put me back in the queue. I wished I had read the reviews before I placed my order - I may be SOL on my banner
I ordered 4 items for graduation event. I didn't receive my yard sign or candy bar wrappers. I also received the wrong banner, the one I got belongs to someone else. I've called over 10 times and have been on hold for over 3 hours and have yet to speak to a customer service rep. I've also sent several emails and no one has responded back yet. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a company.
I ordered a life size cardboard cut out for my parents wedding anniversary. I was suppose to send to NC but it was delivered to Chicago IL. I have been on hold for 56 min trying to get someone to talk to. This is ridiculous- nobody to speak to on phone- lied about online chat- BUYER BEWARE
I ordered my products. Received the 2 $5 items, but did not receive my props I spent all the money for. Contacted them and emailed. Stayed on hold for 3 hrs, no response, and then hung up. Very angry customer. I need my money back ASAP!
I waited 4 hours and 30 minutes for a customer service rep so that I can track my order. The rep lied to me and said that it will be here this evening, but it was never delivered. He also lied and said a supervisor would call me back, but they never did. I will never order from Shindigz again!
I have ordered 3 times from Sindigz. The first two I received in a timely manner, one of which was personalized. Therefore I ordered a third. I ordered another personalized sign on March 6 for a March 27th event. Just received today, April 23! No explanation or apology. Obviously I can't use this sign and the site says they won't accept returns on personalized items. Buyer beware!
Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I waited over a month for my order for my bussiness the Hall for Parties. Customer service emails take days to answer and I've been on hold multiple times trying to reach customer service for help. Currently have been on hold almost an 2 hour every day. I need some help! I just want my money back so I can be done with this. Wish I've see at the Facebook reviews and coments before I ordered.
Ordered 2 banners on April 6th. Still showing unfulfilled and no one will answer emails or phone calls. Called at 9 am this morning and it said I was caller 23! An hour and a half later I was still on hold. I paid extra to have them by this Saturday but appears to no avail. Customer service is non existent to say the least. I will never order from them again.
I ordered from Shindigz/Stumps and did not receive my order in time, although I paid over $25 for express. Anyway, I ordered a custom banner and a yard sign. When I did receive my order, the banner quality was poorly done, (and it was the entire banner so no way the pic would have been the problem!) and one of the items was missing. I emailed customer service indicating I wanted to be reimbursed for the missing piece, they never acknowledged my email but I "mysteriously" received the missing item, which is clearly of no use to me now. I will never order from this company again.
We ordered Senior Banners for baseball and track. Track banners arrived last week, my order confirmation says it has been fulfilled. No, it only included 2 out of 6 banners. I have been on hold for 4 days, an hour and a half each day, or until my phone went dead. I have written to them on their online chat everyday for 5 days. Finally today I waited them out. My phone was at 1:36. Long story short, they have no idea where our banners are in the production process. I asked, have they been started? "we don't know." Will they make it here before baseball season is over,?" we don't know." Is there anyway to track them by the production number?," no, there is no way. " Our booster club will never order anything through Shindigz again.
This company is the absolute worst place I have ever ordered from, and that's saying a lot because I have had some really crappy experiences! They suck! I ordered 6 boxes of personalized lollipops for my son's communion, I paid $72 for them. They sent me ONE box and when I looked on the website to see when the rest was coming, it said the order was fulfilled. When I called them to find out what the hell happened to the 5 missing boxes, I was left on hold for over 2 hours! I literally fell asleep waiting! I was given some bologna story about their computer program and how they would rectify the situation as soon as possible. Here I am with a knot in my stomach 2 weeks later and NO Lollipops! I am once again on hold so far for 47 minutes. I wish they would stop calling their customer service reps amazing because I want to put my hands through the phone and ring their NECKS every time they say it! If they are so amazing, why am I on hold for over 2 hours?
I typically do not write poor reviews but I am completely disappointed in this company. I have no idea where the majority of order is (even though I received an email saying it was delivered and all I received was a small set of plates out of the $322 order). The 4x I've called and waited for close to an hour and never got past the "16th caller in line". The online chats were not helpful and when I requested a transcript of the chat I never received it. The 4 emails I've sent have yet to be responded to or helpful. It's very frustrating to not receive any update. I do not recommend this company.
The company is chaotically disorganized from the bottom to top. Customer service employees are beyond unprofessional and even sharing and complaining about their behind the scenes issues. Lead times to actually receive items are up to a month. They sometimes randomly decide to just partially ship orders with no warning and include no packing slips. An absolute disaster. Avoid at all costs.

Answer: Hello, Typically, Yes. The dates provided are accurate and come directly from the carrier. But, due to COVID- The Estimated arrival dates come from the carriers. There is a delay with all Carriers Nationwide and the "Guaranteed Delivery Dates have been suspended by the carriers. The carriers have notated this on their website as we have ours.
