I was very disappointed with the service of this company. I paid extra for expedited shipping only to get the products 2 days after my party instead of 3 days before. When I contacted the company they did not respond until my 3rd complaint and then said all they would do was take back the product and refund only the money for the product not the extra I paid for "faster" delivery. It said that the product was delivered to a PO Box at the post office the day before my party but I don't have a PO Box. They are quick to take your money but are not reliable for getting things to you on time.
We are a small, rural, public library. We received a grant for our Summer Reading Program. I ordered several large, cardboard animals to go with our SR theme along with green foil fringe to use as a backdrop for the animals. We received the foil but nothing else. I called the company. Due to covid, they were not answering the phones. I sent five emails over the course of 6 weeks through their "contact us" forms. I contacted the BBB for a resolution. They did answer the BBB and assured me they would contact me within a week to resolve the issue. I have not received the promised cardboard animals or a refund. $80 might not seem like a lot of money to most people, but to our library it is. We don't just throw our decorations away after one use. I was going to re-use them until they couldn't be used anymore. I'm disappointed that this company chooses to conduct their business in this way.
I must give it one star if I could I would give it negative stars. I placed an order online for my son's birthday party when I ordered it said would arrive by July 12 his party was on the 17th which gave me a cushion for a delay however when I kept checking the web site for updates it kept saying unfulfilled. I tried calling to get an update and was referred me to online chat with customer service I waited in that lineup for 3hrs. The rep stated I would have the 12 so I was okay with that. Later when I checked my email, I saw one from them. It stated I would not get it till the 26th. So once again I reached out to the online chat person. I got inline for them before they opened and again had to wait but this time it was 4hrs. She then quoted me the 26th and when I offered to pay more money to get it sooner, they denied me that option. When I asked to cancel my order, I was denied that as well. I waited till 11pm on the 26th of July my order still was listed as Unfulfilled then they would issue a refund. I don't know how they are still in business. Don't use them not worth it. I should of known there was an issue when there was no place on there site to leave a review and they were not on yelp.
I order from this company on 6/24/2021. My order SZ******* was promised a delivery on all products no later than 7/16/2021. I received one item as promised on my $200 dollar order. I wrote to this company via Facebook messenger about my order and was promised it will be here by my father's party. Well that didn't happen. I wrote them again about a complete refund and have not heard back since. This company is scam. Please do not waste your time on ordering anything because you will not receive anything as promise.
Hands Down Awesome Product. Super easy to assemble and the quality of the cardboard is amazing. The balloons included was a mixture of Tuftex and Shindigz brand. I specialize in Balloon Artistry and I received a lot of requests for this Balloon Number Mosaic. You won't be disappointed. This product is a must buy! Shindigz never disappoints..

This company is so bad tried calling no answer say go to live chat will not pick up order two months old do not under stand how there state has not shut them down. A money scam for sure please beware they are fakes
Please do not order from this company. Read the reviews like I failed to do. Placed an order for barbie box, paid upcharge for fast shipping and never received item! Called amd noone answers the phone or emails. They take your money, lie to you, and update their site daily! Do not order from them!

I ordered from them June 22nd paid for very expensive express shipping to not only not get my order in time but for half of the Order NOT BE SHIPPED with the rest witch also was the most expensive item at that! My order number #sz*******
I placed an order on May 10,2021 and I never received my order. I checked my bank and the funds were withdrawn for my order. I have tried numerous times to contact this company to no avail. The automated voice will only say use our live chat or reach us via email. I have done both and t is now June 30th and I still have not received the items I ordered. DONE WITH SHINDIGZ
I placed an order on May9th Which I needed for June 23. Today is July 1st and I have not received the order. The order was $101.00, I have emailed them requesting a refund. No response, and when I called I get a recording. At is point I feel that I have been ripped off.
I ordered items for graduation. Over a month and did NOT receive, so I sent them a message to cancel the order. Instead the sent the order after they had received the cancellation. AND to top it all off, I still only received half the order. The half they did send was in a damaged box that was open and missing half of the half they mailed. Horrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Customer service is terrible. My order arrived missing several parts. I called to try to get replacement parts, or at the very least, information about the parts I was missing to make my dice standee work (maybe I could buy them quicker elsewhere), and was not given much help. All I received were canned, scripted answers via an IM. No thought involved and the goal of "actually helping a customer" was definitely not there. When I asked to be connected to a supervisor, instead of being connected, the representative (Errick) dismissively said the supervisor had already agreed with him. I'm still missing the parts and will now have to figure out how to make this product work on my own.

I purchased frames from Stumps Party that said they would ship in 5 days. Little did I know that Stumps is actually Shidigz. The frames did not ship and we did not receive them before our prom. I have contacted them via their chat twice now, staying on hold for at least 3 hours each time until someone finally answers. They canceled my order, but have yet to refund my money. It has been 10 business days. They say that the refund was processed the same day, yet I have not money back. I'm out $350!
Do not order from them! There is no one to contact, there is an email and no one ever responds, there is a phone number that you can find on the web but it tells you to use their chat on their website that never works. I ordered decorations for my daughters backyard prom a total of $484.00 that included express shipping of $130. The stuff never came before her prom and I never received an update of any shipping. I then emailed them requesting a refund, filled out their online request for a someone to contact me and still never received any response. I then got an email 4 wks later saying they had refunded me my money back for my whole order minus my express shipping, which is nonsense. I put in my money to create something memorable for these kids that didn't get a prom. A business like this that has such great potential and some great items to make your party amazing should not be doing business like this...
I ordered wrist poms for my cheer team on 5/10/21. UPS tracking says my order was delivered to Ft. Wayne, Indiana. I paid $164 for the poms and have not received them! I completed the form and still no reply!

There is a delay with all Carriers Nationwide and the "Guaranteed Delivery Dates have been suspended by the carriers. The carriers have notated this on their website as we have ours.
