I wish I had read the other reviews they ruined my daughters 16th Birthday by not shipping the things I ordered on time and when I called they basically told met here was nothing they could do and it wasn't their fault. I will never use them again.
Ordered personalized and other items for an event requesting all items ship together and paid $40+ to have it expressed. They expressed the $1.99 confetti I threw in just because and shipped the other items AFTER the date of the event which was clearly printed on the items. When I called to inquire about the other items I should have received, they were NOT READY LET ALONE SHIPPED yet they would not cancel the order but didn't charge for express shipping. This is egregious and they should be ashamed! Schools, event planners, organizations, and individuals BEWARE, there are too many reputable companies out there for you to get stuck with this one. Eventually everyone will catch on and they will get what they deserve. I believe poor service is why they really changed the name from Stumps. Different name, same game.

DONT NOT EVERY USE THIS SITE... I placed an order, spent $64 to overnight the product and called within 5 min of placing the order to ask why my overnight shipping is taking 5 days and they told me they cant cancel the order... ridiculous! Its not even in production!
Company has poor customer service and refused to help.

Very poor customer service. Placed order through United Mileage Plus Shopping portal. Was told by Shindigz they did not have the item in stock. I asked if they would just sell me something else for the money rather than refund the money. They said no. This is so unbelievably stupid or unprofessional, I cannot express it. Now I must pay a fine to reset my Mileage Plus miles because of Shindigz.

Very unhappy. They printed my buttons incorrectly, and then would not believe me when I complained, spent time reviewing and defending themselves, and then discovered they were, indeed, WRONG. The first rep said they would send out a corrected order, but it was cancelled because " due to the glitch possibly caring over to the new order" (misspelling theirs) and suggested I completely re-submit an order, which I don't have time for, because they also won't budge and do an in-house rush and the order won't arrive until after our party.

Awesome! My order came faster than I expected. I ordered personalized candy jars and they look adorable, along with a couple of other regular items. I really like it. It was a good experience. I will use this site again for future parties.

I ordered mini candy bar labels for a wedding, the first line looked great of the printing, the second line that was smaller was blurred and very hard to read. They said I picked a wrong font. Online at the preview it just fine or I would not have ordered it. It was only a $12.00 order. They would not give me a credit or refund. Very poor customer service. I did get the order pretty fast.

I ordered before entering my $10 off coupon for being a new customer, emailed them & the next morning they emailed back saying they would refund the $10 bucks as soon as the order is shipped!... awesome customer service!

Avoid this company at all cost. I tried to work with them with the wrong address shipping issue. They will not budge. They do not check all packages they ship to. So if u screw on your shipment, you're screwed on your money. I hope greed is worth the complains you'll get from me.

I wanted to order the Wedding Couple Photo Stand In for my wedding. I was told by 2 customer service associates that you can not change the skin color of the bride or groom. I was also told I could not even special order a stand in with a white bride and black groom. I not only find this to be extremely poor customer service but also racially insensitive and despicable.

I called in and spoke to someone who said I can pay an additional $31 to have my item here tomorrow OR $15 more to have it here by Friday. As I was accepting to pay the $15 for Friday Delivery she "pretented" she couldnt hear me and hung up. At first I thought she really just couldnt hear me but Now each time I call someone else tells me its not possible to have it here by friday unless I pay the $31! I assuming she realized she made a mistake and No one seems to care about what this FIRST person I spoke to told me. No supervisor around, they say a call back from one can take up to 2 days! REALLY!? HORRIBLE Customer Service and trust me I will Let it be known!

I have used this company numerous times, I will continue to do so - however I suggest two specific things: Make sure you are not being over charged for an item you can find cheaper elsewhere and don't purchase anything involving balloons from them.

I had no problem with this website. I order my sons birthday supplies on the 9th of November and receive the packages on the 19th of November. His party is December 1st, so I got my supplies in plenty of time with no issues or damages

We were running an event at our business for a fund raiser. A friend mentioned Shindigz for the banners. We ordered 3 banners one was 16 feet x 5 feet and the other 2 were a bit smaller. For the prices they charge I was not expecting anything to elaborate. To our surprise they arrived and were made of high quality material and were better then we imagined. The turn around time was very quick. We ordered some additional signs and they also arrived quickly and were made of the same quality material.
We are opening a new location for our business in a few months and i will definitely be getting our "Grand Opening" banners from here.
As a business owner I realize the power of reviews on the Internet. So when a company provides us with 5 start service I always try and leave good on line feedback.
I will be referring your company to anyone I know who needs signs and banners.

Very inflexible ordering procedures, could not add to order! Customer service not open on weekends and only open till 7pm on weekdays. Almost never submit negative reviews, but this one is a humdinger of AWWWWWWWFFFFFUL customer service.

The website is great and they have so many cute things. I ordered candy wrappers and when I did proof them prior submitting the order online, they looked fine. When I received them, they were for graduation and the name of the school is Grass Lake. When I got the order, the wrappers looked to be missing the GR. I emailed the company and did not get a resposne the first time. I emailed a second time and got an email right back but all it said was that I okay them before submitting. I also received about 10 short of my order, but I did have 10 of someone else's order.

Unreliable - Shindigz only sent 8 plates (I ordered 24) to go with the matching napkins, decorations, etc. for my 18-20 guests. The table would look like crap to have only 8 matching plates! They require me to pay 15% restocking fee, and postage for return necessitated by their error. If I wanted mismatched plates, I could have gone to Goodwill for a lot less than the $60 I spent at Shindigz for matching stuff. More insulting - learned of the problem and asked them to cancel the order several hours before UPS records show the box was collected, so they could have saved us all a lot of headache by puling the shipment before it ever left the store. Use a more reliable party supply site!

I recently purchased from Shindigz.com and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I ordered personalized printed candy bar wrappers, a printed yard sign, and several other items that were to good to pass up with the pricing. I placed my order early May and my order shipped complete the following week. The printed items were of excellent quality and the pricing was the best. The printed items were shipped two days later than they were initially expected, however, I did understand that these items could be held up due to the personalized printing. I was lucky enough to take advantage of an offer Shindigz was promoting at the time of my order and received free shipping and handling and 10% of my complete order.
I did call customer service, only because I was a bit worried about my order being late after having read others' reviews.
I would recommend this company for the quality and pricing of their products, as I did not have a problem with my order.

Negligence in delaying my Next Day shipping and the totally inferior product of magnetic tape!
On Tuesday morning I placed a generous $380.66 order for parade float decorations to be shipped with "UPS Next Day Air Saver". It was important to me for delivery to arrive on Thursday to begin our float for the Saturday morning parade without last minute surprises so I paid $94.95 for this guaranteed next day shipping. Just when I was expecting delivery, I got email notification that my order had just shipped out. Upon calling, they confirmed that they did indeed charge me for Next Day but that they just didn't get it out in time for that to happen. Receiving the order close to 7PM on Friday meant that I was on the phone to UPS customer service more than once and totaling an hour on hold for delivery tracking. Of course, I had hired help on the clock who had to give up waiting for UPS with me and go home. So I paid for help which couldn't help and then two of us burnt the midnight oil trying to make up for lost time. What was meant to be a fun experience for all to share in building our float, turned out to be a last minute panic attack. This complaint is two-fold so read on…
Although customer service was helpful in calculating material quantities for my 10X20 trailer, they gave me a huge bum steer on the magnetic tape for securing the fringe to the metal trailer. After paying $178 for 2 rolls of the tape, we quickly discovered that it couldn't secure a chicken feather. It was useless and a complete waste of time and money. That is not the worst of it, though. We found out at the last minute and had to scramble with good old duct tape. Two major faux pas on their part were negligence in delaying my Next Day shipping and the totally inferior product of magnetic tape, which left me to my own devices at the very last possible moment. Never again!. No thanks to Shindigz for the fact that I didn't get to sleep the night before the parade.

I ordered from Shindigz.com personalized items for a friend's shower. The dates were incorrect on the favor bags and the rep kept insisting it was me who had made the mistake! I had ordered other personalized items in the same order that arrived with the right date except for these boxes.
I am not saying I could not have made a human error but there is no way to go back and check the image for yourself, you are at the mercy of the company and they can only fax or an email image of the order but its your word against theirs.
There are no managers after 5pm so you have to either call back or wait to resolve your issue. After placing an order of over $80 with this company I expected them to be a bit more flexible and work with me on my order.
The rep in a flat voice informed me that all they can do is expedite shipping. I will not use this company again.

There is a delay with all Carriers Nationwide and the "Guaranteed Delivery Dates have been suspended by the carriers. The carriers have notated this on their website as we have ours.
