I got the dress from Shillas, it is very beautiful and perfect fit, i wear this dress for a party and got all comments.
I was told on this site that my payment hadn't gone through 3 times so I ordered of a different site as it felt like something wasn't right I didn't trust it then! Then 2 days later some how after it saying my card n payment wasn't successful the money was took out of my account! I have sent several emails got few replies of Linda who is refusing to give me my money back even though the money had just been took out! Been reading other review and i wish I checked before ever putting my bank details in n even looking on this site! I'm ringing my bank tomorrow see what they can do as I can't see how they can refuse as it seems there site was down! Stay away from this site sounds like there material is cheap too!
Dress was nothing like pic then got told it was still a lovely dress. They offered to re make if I payed another £84 for material... I kept pushing and in the end they offered me a £7 refund from a £110 dress
Shillas.co.uk Dress are a delight to do business with. I have shopped with them on several occasions and my items have matched the descriptions given and are despatched quickly. Any refunds are dealt with just as quickly.
Wish I read these reviews before I ever placed an order, poor reviews all over the place on other websites, so we aren't the only ones kicking off!
Don't be conned by these great reviews as another reviewer states these are probably done by Shillas themselves. Dreaful in every respect from start to finish. I just don't want anyone to lose money. I was lucky my bank got mine back through the reverse charge transaction not everyone knows about this so ask your bank. Sorry i had no choice but to pick a star otherwise they would have been getting a bloody big minus
I HAVE WRITTEN MANY EMAILS AND INVESTED A LOT OF TIME IN CONTACTING THIS COMPANY WHO ARE COMPLETELY IGNORING MY REQUEST OF A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT DRESS AFTER SPENDING 162 EURO ON A DRESS WHICH I DID NOT RECEIVE. I ORDERED A DRESS FROM THE WEBSITE AND RECEIVED A DRESS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TÓ THE COLOUR I ORDERED AND BOTH THE MATERIAL AND SIZE WERE WAY OFF FROM WHAT I ORDERED TOO. THE DRESS CANNOT BE WORN, AND WHEN I EMAILED FOR A REFUND THEY OFFERED ME A REPLACEMENT DRESS ONLY TO BE THEN TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE NEW DRESS AGAIN. WHEN I DIDNT ACCEPT THIS THEY OFFERED ME A 10 % DISCOUNT. LINDA, IN CUSTOMER SERVICE REFUSED TO PUT ME IN TOUCH WITH THEIR MANAGER AND REPEATEDLY IGNORED MY REQUEST IN EMAILS. I HAVE LOOKED ON THEIR WEBSITE WHERE IT STATES IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG DRESS OR COLOUR ETC IS WRONG YOU CAN RETURN FOR A REPLACEMENT/NEW DRESS. THIS IS COMPLETE FALSE ADVERTISING AND I CANNOT RECOMMEND STRONGLY ENOUGH TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. NOT ONLY WAS THE DRESS I RECEIVED COMPLETLY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED, BUT IT ALSO APPEARED AS VERY CHEAP MATERIAL. AND WHAT IS EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING IS HOW AWFUL AND UNHELPFUL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE.
I ordered a prom dress for my daughter without realising this company was based in China as their website tries to 'mislead' people into thinking they are UK based! As soon as I realised this, I immediately cancelled my order. I emailed the company numerous times to chase up my refund and was told every time to be patient and that they were dealing with it! Luckily I paid by credit card and I have organised a refund via the fraud department of my bank as no refund has been forthcoming from Shillas in over a month! I have also reported this company to Trading Standards. I think it's dispicable that this company is allowed to trade by misleading people, not refunding money and sending out substandard products. It also appears that they are posting numerous 'positive' reviews which is totally dishonest. This company/website needs closing asap - please do not waste your money buying from this company!
They sell some amazing designer dresses and tops. I've twice now from Shillas.co.uk and have been very happy with the quality of the products.
I am so thrilled with this dress! It is exactly how it looks like in the picture and fits perfectly. The staff of shop Shillas.com are so helpful too, as initially I had given them the wrong measurements but they were more than happy to correct them for me. Totally worth it!
I received a cocktail dress that I ordered two weeks ago last Friday. I have it on right now and the feeling is great. Not only did I enjoy a faster shipping but also I got it discounted and tailored professionally. It was well packed, no folds and creases... Straight from the package to the body. I appreciate every service I got from the site.

My daughter and I have become fans of Shillas. I ordered two dresses and both were beautiful and fit us perfectly. My daughter who is typically very picky, just loves the clothes. I did have to wait several weeks for the clothes to arrive, but their customer service was responsive and quick to resolve any delay - they even upgraded my shipping to express for no additional cost. The packaging and quality were lovely as well. Will continue to purchase from them in the future.
We purchased a size 8. This prom dress fits me very nicely once i laced the back up tightly. It is a very nice dress for the money. The dance hasn't happened yet. But surely I will be NO 1 of dancing in this dress.
My experience with Shillas was that of EXCELLENT Customer Service! My dress was modest and simple, but the fabric quality and tailoring gives it the look of expensive one. No one could ever guess that it costs me £79.99. There are 3 layers in my dress. The first one is chiffon layer with a perfect flow and the second, beneath chiffon is gorgeous satin. I would use Shillas in a heartbeat.
I ordered from Shillas for the first time last month. Product arrived intact & shipping was quick. Very pleased with the product and service. I will definately ordered from them again in the near future!

Although a UK web address the company is in China. I was sent a badly made version of the picture on the website. Laughably badly made dress in the cheapest material I have ever seen. They are giving me the run around. My advise to all who see this is just contact your credit card company provide them with all emails and evidence and they should be able to sort for you if you have already received the shoddy goods.
