I ordered a dress from this website for my sons wedding. The dress was too small and I requested the same day for a returns label so that I could send it back. They are refusing for me to send the dress back and will not send me a returns label. The website actually states that you are able to return any item of clothing that does not fit or is not suitable. They are a scam Do not order from this site. It should not be allowed to operate.

Do Not buy from this site. I have bought a dress that was suppose to be made to measure and it was badly made it is unwearable and I paid £150 for it. They are based in China and I can't get a refund. It arrived 2 weeks late and I was left to buy another dress elsewhere. I brought the dress to a proper dress makers to see what they thought of the garment. They were shocked at the quality, they said they wouldn't touch it as the beads were all flipping and turning over to the silver side and it hasn't even been worn. They said the beads were done by a machine and it would take forever to even correct the beading alone. As for the hem and the fitting of the dress their jaw dropped as it was so badly made. They could not believe the price of it. They said to demand your money back as it was the company's fault that the dress was made so bad.

Ordered a dress (165) and paid shipping making it 192 it took a month to come. When it came it was a beautiful dress but sizing was all wrong (too big some parts/too tight others/zip would not go up etc) I contacted Shillas customer service they asked me to send them photos of the dress on me and to point out the problems which I did they accepted that the dress was not for me and also told me they would accept&refund my dress! Also their customer service emails dont come to my inbox til 2 AM (Irish time), after days of slowing down the process with silly emails they tell me they will only offer a 10% refund (16.50) and for me to keep the dress? This is an outrage! *please note that no info about a refund came with the dress only an invoice saying that it cost 10 us dollars which is false* if anyone else has had bother&some how succeeded in getting a refund from Shillas please contact me!

Bought a dress for one of my bridesmaids from here. Ordered it to be tailored made. It arrived in the wrong colour and was about 5 sizes too big (genuinely). Asked for details on how I could return it but they refused to share this. Eventually they offered me a 9% refund on the £100 dress. Before I ordered I even checked with them if they would do full refunds if there was any issue and they confirmed yes. It also says this on the website. The last email I received from them when I asked for a rationale response as to why they would not refund fully, simply said "the dresses are already good value, how else can we make a profit?". The dress is totally unwearable, it will probably cost the same amount to get it tailored to fit properly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS POOR QUALITY, IMMORAL COMPANY!

Don't buy anything from this site its a complete scam dresses are extremely cheaply made looks very tatty and they refuse refunds or exchanges, expecting you to pay for another dress. Total scam.

When you send the dress back, keep the proof of postage. SHILLAS will deny receiving it of course and continue to offer a paltry discount... don't bother to carry on e mailing them, they (or Linda) will just fob you off. Speak to your bank and ask them to investigate the possibility of a "charge back" against SHILLAS

Make sure you keep all packing notes and a copy of the emails if possible as the bank will use this as evidence. They have to give SHILLAS a certain amount of time to issue a refund, of course they won't, but often my bank, Barclays, told me they issue a refund first and chase SHILLAS later... good luck and don't let these bastards keep your money

I ordered a dress from Shilla.com for £150 for a size 16 Prom Dress. They sent me a size 12 instead and when I emailed them to complain and ask about the returns policy to exchange it for a bigger size, they refused to do anything! I sent pics because they asked for evidence and a woman called Linda said she can't do anything due to the material. I find that absolutely ridiculous. The least she could've done was send me the right size. Also, when she refused for the 20th time, I asked for a full refund and she reduced it to only 10% of the £150 I paid. I am still fighting for my money back. This site is an absolute scam and the dresses that arrive look nothing like the picture. DISGUSTING.

I ordered a dress for my prom from this website because it looked decent and I personally gave them my measurements so that the dress could be perfect. The dress came and it was awful! The dress was far too big and looked nothing like the picture! I emailed them to attempt to get my money back and at first they kept putting it off by saying they would make another dress for me for free, but by then my prom had already passed and I had to buy another dress. Recently they have told me that they 'can't afford such a high refund'! Please listen to these reviews because I read some of these but the read the ones that they clearly wrote about themselves about how amazing their company is! Please don't waste your money on these con artists!

My daughter who is 16 and on minimum wage ordered a dress for a wedding - despite it being nothing like the picture, different colour, different material, and too small - the company would not help - they reply with a series of email - saying sorry - try and sell it on ebay and order another from us etc etc - it is a joke - you have no address to return the dress to and in the end despite them agreeing it was the wrong material and colour they offered an 8% refund (£8.64) which is no good to anyone - do not order from this site - it is a scam.

And so the saga continues... We have so far received 3 emails from this sham of a company based in China. First email can we take a picture of the dress we received we have done this. Second email can we take a picture of the packaging, we have done this. Third email can we take a picture of the dress inside the packaging!, we have done this.(cant seem to get my head around that one, you can not see the dress inside the packaging!) There has been no apology, no mention of the dress we ordered, no response to our request for a full refund. My daughters prom is next Wednesday 6 July we have no dress as yet. Watch this space...

I purchased a prom dress from Shillas.co.uk. It arrived 3 weeks later and the dress was just shoved into a plastic bag and very crumpled! The dress is nothing like the picture and fabric was awful! I emailed Shillas to let them know my disappointment and requested their return procedures for a full refund. Got a email response, but they wanted pictures showing the fault. I said no fault, just didn't like the dress and was NOTHING like the picture advertised. Sent another email, got the same response, wanted pictures! To date I still haven't got money back- a total scam. Website quotes you can return for refund if not happy - load of rubbish! DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE! COMPLETE SCAM AND NOT A UK COMPANY!

Stay away from this company like the plague, I ordered a dress for my forthcoming wedding, I fell totally let down, they took 207 from my account the dress was 97 plus 3.00 for postage and packaging the rest they still have I have sent them e. Mails to get a refund for the rest of my money which Linda from the company said I would get after 10 days that was on the 26/05/16 and I. M still waiting. Now I.'ve been told that their financial dept is looking into it. It's my money for God's sake it's so simple take the money for the dress and refund the rest a child could do it, I wish I had never ordered the dress again or even look at their web site and I plead with any future people stay away from them, some people might have had a great deal with them and good luck but through my experience I wish I never clicked on the buy button. "shillas.co.uk" is a lie itself. Because this company is based in china, as demonstrated by the pricey shipping fees attached to these 'bargain' dresses. I know it is tempting to go ahead and order because of their seemingly credible easy return policies or the hundreds of good reviews plastered on the website, but I'm urging you to steer clear of them, these scammers do not deserve any more money! My dress did not arrive on time, the colour was not like the photo nor was the dress itself, the seemingly delicate embellishments were tacky and cheap, they literally were sequins like the ones you'd buy in a kids art and craft kit. Please spread the word that they're awful because this website desperately needs shutting down. When i typed in "dresses brighton" shillas came up straight away, however i've reccently discovered this is true for EVERY location I type! I cannot believe they get away with such false advertisement! This false advertisement is consistent too because the website also claims that you will be entitled to a refund, even if you've just simply changed your mind about a dress, however when i sent photos of my dress which was misproportionate size wise, had tacky sequins falling off and was bright pink despite being advertised as "nude" they would not give an adress for me to send the dress back to. Prices are also for some reason written in red and advertised as "hot deals" when these "good" prices are not only permanently there, but also the dress i paid £80 for i have reccently discovered on ebay for £18 by a seller in Hong Kong, again proving these people are based in China. There is no way to leave reviews on the actual website, so I'm certain the good reviews plastered on shillas.co.uk must have been crafted by them themselves, again a fraudulent deceptive move by shillas.co.uk. I have told them I will be getting a lawyer involved and yet they still will not co operate and give me my well deserved refund. The presence of several good reviews could suggest some of their dresses are actually what they seem, but i really wouldn't take the gamble. Besides if you search up the style of the dress as listed on shillas, chances are you'll find it on amazon or ebay, and at least then if you take the risk you will have buyer protection through paypal. It makes me furious knowing they have made £80 out of foolinh me and similar or more amounts out of doing the same to others, so i do not want them to continue their succes! I urge you to stay well away and spread the word, I'm so shocked that they haven't been prosecuted yet as it seems they've been conning people like this for a long time! We need to publicise this to ensure anyone who searched shillas ends up seeing these reviews too, i really wish i did, all the reviews on here are so relatable and its so enfuriating knowing how many of us have been victims of this scam, meanwhile they're making money out of such illegal behaviour! Lastly on the front of my parcel it stated "ladies coat £20.00" so not only have they falsley advertised continously and broke their policies/promises, but also they've disguised their products as cheaper products in order to avoid losing any profit to tax. They're outrageous and it's so unfair that they're consistently screwing people over like this and making so much money out of it! PLEASE do not purchase from them, nightmare customer service, and very far from what they seem. I would give this 0 stars if i could, never ever dealt with such a bad company. This is my 2nd review! Cant even believe this company is still allowed to sell... i am in the middle of a credit card dispute against this company and the more that report it to their credit card company the faster they will get closed down... dont buy their clothes they dont fit and are of very poor quality! Massive scam... chinese company that only send emails saying... sorry please accept our offer... not a chance when we paid 115 and you only offer 9 back down right disgusting!
