I recently ordered a dress off of sheinside, and I am in love with it. The quality is great and the color I got it in matched the picture from the website. The shipping didn't take too long and the customer service answered all my questions promptly. The site has a lot of great deals on clothing and I can't wait to order again from them.
Terrible customer service. I ordered a dress on October 28, shipped on October 29 and it still has not arrived (today's date November 17)! I ordered the dress a MONTH in advance with the intent to wear it to my birthday party on November 20. But now I've had to buy another dress elsewhere as the dress I ordered probably will not come in time. I've emailed them twice and still no reply. There is no costumer service number available which makes communicating difficult. To add, a friend of mine ordered TWO articles of clothing on November 3 and had them shipped to my house (same shipping address as my dress order) and they came BEFORE my dress. My friend ordered a jacket - too big and poor quality and a Tshirt which surprisingly was of good quality. Aside from one good thing coming out of this, I would not be ordering from them again!
It is really great easy website marketing for all. I really love very much to market from here. The main spectaculars of the Shelnside are great customer service, very cheap rates, best quality dress etc. Thanks Shelnside for their great service.
Luckily I only ordered one shirt for my wife so I wont be out much. Anyone thinking of ordering from them think twice, first clue is they recently changed the company name, wonder why? Second, the prices and free shipping is the next red flag, third the number of complaint all over the internet, and fourth, the over the top praise reviews, c'mon nobody talks like that.

The SheInside website is easy to navigate and they have tons of products choices. I had a white sleeveless vintage print dress sent to me and I am very happy with the purchase. It fits me great and looks to be very well made. The material is gorgeous and I've gotten tons of compliments already. One of the best things is the amazing price I paid and everything was well packaged and shipped properly. I look forward to many future purchases, very highly recommended!

When i first came across SheIn i couldn't believe it! Great clothes at a price that was hard to beat. I saw brands like, comme des garçons, asos, and jcrew, but without the tags or brand names. At first i figured it was like clothes that had VERY small mess-ups like a tag not being sewn on the right way, or the wrong button. I spent over $100 and paid to have them delivered sooner, because this was the first time in months that i decided to spend money on myself. I was so wrong to even consider spending money here. I got my clothes over 2 weeks from when it was supposed to be delivered, but let that part slide because i was so excited. When i opened my first package, the bottom hem of the shirt was crooked at an angle, making it unwearable (the same with a shirt identical except in a different color). I ordered a dress that was described as "a cotton blend" which ended up being a stiff, polyester fabric. Before i even tried it on i noticed a grease stain on the front of the dress. I don't know if someone returned it and they were too lazy to trash, or if they truly don't care about quality. I ordered a couple more shirts that ended up falling apart after the first wash, and a baseball tee. The baseball tee came with a HUGE red, blotchy stain on the front. After i tried to wash it the red stain transferred to my other clothes that were in the load, which were not from SheIn:)
After i submitted a ticket the first time, and after not replying in a day, customer service closed the ticket and wrote a review for me and gave themselves 5 stars!
I submitted a ticket a week ago to try to get my money back and they refused to give me a refund without me returning the items, but i have to pay to ship them to their warehouse, and then "maybe i will get a refund" if i was telling the truth. I've dealt with the gap, and jcrew, and many other stores, that when less than this has happened to me, they have jumped through hoops to try to resolve my issues, and did not expect to have the clothes returned even though they sent me a package to ship them back in.
I have never been this disappointed in a company, but i should've known from the moment i saw the prices, and the clothes from other stores.

I ordered four dresses and that they were all superb. I'm thus pleased with all of them - they appear great! I received them promptly and with none issues. I complained to Shein in September about a dress which I ordered with special delivery and came several days late, not only that but the dress was of very poor quality and the strap ripped off after one wear. The customer service team denied my dress turning up late completely and after several emails back and forth offered me 35% off my next purchase. This I thought was a cheek because I'd never order from this site again. You definitely get what you pay for and I am appalled with the service.

My overall experience was okay i got the products in a good time frame but the one thing i absolutely can't get over is the fabric of the dresses. Its heavy, really see through, and its hot. One of the dresses I bought the fabric said cotton but that thing feels like extra stretchy spandex. Good thing I only sent $25, I want dot get some shirts but I don't think I'm gonna like th fabric it comes in, so this is my first and last time buying from here. I think you guys should stop using that heavy fabric. Peace out shein!

I'm really frustrated right now. I ordered three dresses about a week ago for a wedding that I am attending today. When ordering I selected fast shipping which is 2-4 business days. Thinking they would be here by now. NOPE! Come to say that they aren't here, I spent additional money on shipping AND they don't have proper shipping tracking. I'm impressed with everything I've ordered quality wise but if you're even the slightest bit curvy don't even try.
I can wear the t shirt dress I got but I ordered a romper in a size XL that fits more like a M-L. You just never know what you're going to get.
I recently bought an order of 6 dresses from SheIn after reading the great reviews. Unfortunately this was NOT the case for me. SheIn promised my dresses in four business days-- I did not receive them for two weeks. And in different packages at different times. The material was not good quality AT ALL and the sizes (I ordered all small and xs) were so inconstant that I questioned weather I had hit the wrong size button. My shipping order did not come with any receipt what so ever. In fact many of the dresses didn't have tags on them at all. When I returned to the site to try return them, it told me I had input the wrong password. I tried to get an email notification for a new password FOUR times before giving up, realizing that I was not going to get an email to reset my password. Through out this process I was not able to track my orders, due to lack of information given to me. My payment confirmation email did not get sent until two days after I placed my order. I would not recommend this site for anyone who has half a brain.

It was really a great shopping experience for me. I bought a dress from here. The design of the dress is really unparallelled & awesome. I can't explain my joy. The price of the dress is also very reasonable. All my friends praised for the dress.
Yes, they do email and ask you to change your review. Multiple times. They are an okay company they just need to be more clear on 3 major things:
1. The coupon does not apply to all new customers. It depends on how much $$money you spend and they need to make that clear with the coupon.
2. It takes 3 weeks to receive your order because (I believe) it comes from overseas (but they will never admit that no matter how much you ask or tell them that you think it's coming from Taiwan. Which leads me to,,,
3. Their sizes run SMALL, like for Asian women. American women are typically bigger than Asian women. I am tall and slender and a "one size fits all" cardigan will not even close in the front on me. Cute clothes and products, but just order a size larger than you wear if possible, and make sure you're not in a hurry to receive it! OR better yet, they need to make their clothes larger.
They have cute products. Just remember, if you want Nordstrom quality you will pay alot more. Their clothes work fine for me in general, but you do get what you pay for.

Answer: They asked me 8 times to change my review! And offered me $15 out of my over $100 that I spent as a refund. "consider it carefully" consider the fact that this company steals brands
Answer: Hi SHEIN takes about 2 to 3 weeks if your from the uk or USA and Ive order a few things from and the clothes are amazing Im from the uk but if youre from any where else it might take longer

Answer: It is a hit and miss. Some items are OK but others are made by them recreating clothes from other companies and the fabrics are literally table cloths of worse. It is best to look at the photos of clothing posted by the users themselves and not she inside. I wouldn't purchase anything they add themselves. Also, to let you know how long it takes. I ordered a few items on April 15th via express shipping and they still haven't shipped them. It is JUNE! So I would save your money and shop at other sites even if they're a bit more expensive.

I got my clothes in a good period of time and sure some of the clothes didn't fit the way I needed them too but that's the risk you take buying online without trying something on. I found the clothes to be a good quality. I would compare the quality of items I received to be similar to that of like forever 21 or urban planet. No where is going to be perfect and you have to use your discretion when purchasing something. Obviously you're not going to get this intricate beautifully crafted A+++ quality item for like $13, but I would say the quality was better than I had expected given the pricing.
