I ordered a sweater that I have been looking for for quite some time and I loved it. I had no problem ordering it, because I haven't had problems with them before. My package had issues which wasn't totally in their control but when I contacted them, they didn't fix the problem. They didn't seem to want to help me. This was a VERY unpleasant experience on both the shipping company and Shein's end.
