Everything went as expected

I've used it several times and each time my felt like straw. Also it was so tangled. Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong? Or does this product do this with other customers? I may have to return the products if it continues to react this way to my hair. Thank you.

Easy. No problems

Evidently my order was delayed but I received no update to this. After a month of not hearing anything I contacted customer service. The woman I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. She told me she would check on availability for me and I received the order in 7 days.
I was disappointed that I didn't receive any notification of a delay in my order fulfillment.

Doesn't work

I have never received a response to get an RMA number this product made my scalp breakout and faded my color. I have been calling and emailing since July 11 they don't answer at customer support and do not give any RMA on email! They tell you to call

Very slow delivery good customer service

This is my first time buying product well i felt delivery took a little bit long.i understand the reasons.
I have not used the product yet since i just received yesterday.

Still using it, unfortunately I have not seen a difference in my hair loss but will keep using it

I asked about the leave in foamier if it should be used on wet or dry hair and never received a response

I only received the parcel on Friday and haVe only used the product twice so have no comments as of yet.

I'm happy so far with the experience
