I am enjoying the product

Advertised as a good hair growth product

The ad said it was on special for $44 something but when I clicked to buy it charged me $57 something...not very happy. Then after I ordered the site tried to sell me foam which I thought came with the order and minoxidil which I thought you didn't need. Just made shopping very confusing

I have been using your system since April and I have less fallout and about 3/4' new growth around the front hairline. It's hard to see elsewhere because my hair is mostly white.

I ordered this at a special price but when I finalized the order the price was almost 3 times as much and I could not cancel it. I tried to contact the company and no one was available. I left a contact number on the voicemail as directed but never heard from them. This is not a negative comment, just exactly what happened.

I am concerned as my hair seems to be thinning b/c of the shampoo and conditioner? The shampoo makes my hair like cotton candy- very fragile. Should I use less often? I did not anticipate this happening. I stopped using Oleplex last year for similar reasons. Are the ingredients the same?I am 68 years old and my hair texture is fine and I have a few balding spots starting. Please advise.

I am waiting to see if I have any change in my hair.

My credit card was charged before shipment was made. When I called customer service I was told that it was not send due to conditioner being out of stock.I was promised to be compensated in the amount of 20% but instead I received an email that my membership was cancelled.

Can't use yet-- my hand is in a cast

Called and left a message but never got a call back. Somewhat disappointed.

I had no problem placing order. I do not wish to receive any more product at this time. I have plenty left and I will contact you when I need more.

Please do not sign me up for any future deliveries without my ordering future shipments. I would like to try it first.

I'm very satisfied with your products so far! I wasn't sure how fast I would go through them and I have an unopened box and one on the way. I have not been able to change my shipments to delay next shipment a couple months.

Everything perfect

I'm waiting for the results. The product is good quality, shopping experience good, but I didn't like that there is no contact during the weekend.
