Easy, no complicated steps

Okay.

I have not noticed any hair growth, but the thinning of my hair is somewhat better. Been using a month almost.

Took a very long time to get my order and when I reached out to the company, I waited days for a response.

Will let u know if I'm satisfied after some usage

Not enough reading material in package to explain the process and other tips for hair rejuvenation. Initial week of use it seemed like more hair was falling out. A bit scary

Tried to cancel within minutes of completing online order, with no response to my message.
Tried multiple times to contact ShapiroND personnel with no luck. Finally RETURNED TO SENDER and am waiting for my refund.
