Overall, it was fine.

I called and called for a month and I could never get to talk to anyone, it took my number to call me bk and they would never call me bk. I just got my product a month later

I emailed them a question about the 4 step process and as of today I still have not heard from them.
I want to return my order minus the one shampoo, conditioner, & foam I received! I got a 4 month supply and am not happy because my hair fell out after using it for a few weeks! I have called twice, written twice and after over Two full weeks was put on a call back list within 24hrs and now you are finally getting back to me! Please send me a return confirmation so I can send the products back and get a refund of my $177.00! I only ordered one month supply and got a 4 month supply and Was surprised to see a charge of $177 on my card! I will pay the return shipping that was stated in the add but still don't think that's fair! I can't get my hair back! Please help me! I would like a refund please!
