The shopping process was easy. The product is ridiculously expensive and I haven't seen any results so far, so I'm definitely not happy with the purchase but will give it more time.

Just started using it, so far I can say it leaves the hair super soft, strips all product from the hair.

I have sent several emails to cancel future shipments with no response. Tried calling the number and hung up after holding for 10 minutes.

I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for the past 2 weeks. It makes my hair feel soft. I am just now beginning to see less shedding, however, I have also been using other supplements, so I'm not yet sure if it is the shampoo or a combination of all the products I'm taking.

Looking forward to trying this product! I'm really hoping it works! I'll let you know!

It was not a seamless experience. It kept looping (not sure if that is the correct word). If I inquired of a product and if I wanted to look at a different package it became complicated. I would have ordered more products had it not been so difficult.

I've been using this product for about a month now. Previous reviews said they saw positive changes within the first three weeks. The only thing I'm seeing is more hair loss. Extremely disappointed.

Had a problem entering Canadian province. Charged duty and had to pick up at the post office. Was not expecting this.

I had no idea that I was going to have to pay to another almost $40 To the post office when my order arrived. I'm on a fixed income so it took a lot for me to place the order in the first place. Never mind additional fee.

Don't like all the gimmicks to purchase products after my original purchase. Just found out that you made my account a subscription. Want it canceled now.

I have only used privy a couple weeks and can see results.

Everything fine so far. Using about two weeks.

I was very pleased with the service i recieved. I ordered the wrong thing which was completely my own fault. And the girl that helped me was very polite and efficient. It was greatly aprecuated

Overall it was a great experience but I didn't find the product as expected.
