Only using it for about 3 weeks now so really don't want to comment quite yet.

I have been trying to contact customer service by phone and email for weeks but have not had success. I received four sets of the products, however, I thought that I had ordered just one. I would like to return the extra three set, which requires return authorization from Shapiro.

I would very much appreciate a response to this request.

Confused about leave in foam. Offer says shampoo/conditioner/leave in foam but then the foam is offered on another page as if it's not part of original offer. Order arrived with all three; shampoo, conditioner and leave in foam. Easy to use.

Too soon to make a recommendation.

Hair products arrived promptly. Not sure how I like them yet - my hair seems to be a little coarse and dry after washing/conditioning. I'll keep trying them though to see if they help with reducing the thinning of my hair.

One product didn't came. Took very long to deliver. Also I called and left my phone number and nobody called back.

I emailed support and have still gotten no response. I plan to return the delivery this week if I don't receive a response.

Experience was very good.

Easy enough. I find the 'after purchase impulse buy' a bit irritating, but still not awful

So far I like the product. I like the texture of my hair after using the shampoo and conditioner.

I have tried to reach out to customer service 4 separate times with no response
When I received my order one of the pumps leaked out leaving it empty all over everything! I would like to cancel my subscription! I feel customer support is a major factor doing business and I'm highly disappointed.
Also after two weeks of use I started getting sores on my scalp.

When I finally received my order after having to call twice to see where my order was. I was sent the wrong delivery information. After I finally received my order One of the products had leaked out in the box. Bad packaging, everything was just thrown in the box and then the one product leaked all over everything. Will never purchase from you again and nor will I recommend you.

So far, I have nothing to report. I have not seen any changes as of yet since I started less than 2 weeks ago. I will report in couple of months.

Up to now all went very good, easy to access and make the order.
