I only ordered a shampoo/conditioner set for $59 not $229! I tried to cancel the order immediately but was unable to. I left messages with customer service but it took days to get any response. Once the order arrived, I had to wait for the Return Authorization number before I could return it. I have now returned the entire package and am awaiting a credit on my credit card.

I could never get anyone to answer, left my info for a callback and never received one. TWICE

I was concerned that they sent 5% minoxidil instead of 2% but was told it should work the same as I am female and it clearly said not to use it if I was female. If that is wrong please tell me. I am 66 years old

I received my order in 2 weeks, consider it's a fast delivery compare to many other online ordering. I am trying the products. Can not tell the result yet.

I haven't contacted Shapiro md yet. Thought I should see how the product works before contacting them about the miss led purchase and delayed shipping time.
