I have used the product for a couple weeks now and have not noticed a difference.
It was easy just don't care for the add ons

I liked the ease and quickness of the website. All the information was in one page. Made everything easy.
The price online and in my emailed receipt didn't match. I inquired as to why the receipt displayed a higher amount. I never received an answer but my bank account was only charged the amount that displayed on screen when my order was placed.

I had additional questions regarding the shampoo and the difference in amount of suds. The representative was thorough and made me feel valued as a customer. Have been using the products only about three weeks, but I have noticed a significant decrease in hair loss. Looking forward to having a full head of hair once again.

You guys did what you said you would! Now, hoping for hair
I used an auxiliary website 5 times without success, each time a failed attempt occurred, I got an apology response with a discount offer. Finally I called *******047 #, waited 45 mins, then I was told Shapiro.com is the "Direct Order Website."
This was arduous, if it wasn't for my thinning hair, due to hormone changes, I would have "GIVEN UP." The only reason I "endured" is because I'm a Science driven person who researched that DHT (a derivative of testosterone and the enzyme 5-alpha reductase, converts to DHT) and is the culprit. Under conditions of hormone change, DHT wants hair follicles dead.
I clean my roots with shampoo & conditioner twice per week. Did not use 5% Minoxidil (originally intended only for men) given me, because of warning on the box, "it's not intended to be used by women," but contradicts itself (on a separately worded section of the box) saying "do not use Minoxidil if you are a nursing mother." Told Customer Care, I'm uncomfortable with the LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS of the contradiction, they refunded me 37.77 and asked that I do NOT return the unused Minoxidil.
I've had 5 uses of shampoo, conditioner and leave in foam, hair strand loss is about 20 - 30 per wash. I've read on the Shapiro Md information that average hair loss at wash is approximately 50 hairs -- with that I'm ok...and hoping less hair loss and very thick hair.
