I did not order earlier in August. You keep sending me shampoo, and I probably have 25 bottles of shampoo and conditioner at this point. You also keep charging me. That's OK cause I like the product but seriously I don't have the room to store any more shampoo. Stop sending me shampoo! I must be stuck in some computerized delivery loop. I tried calling but I was on hold for so long that I gave up.

No improvement in my hair yet but I started the procedure about a month ago
Due to rhumadoid Arthritis it's difficult to get the shampoo and conditioner out of the bottle for use
