I used your shampoo and conditioner for about 2 weeks. It made my scalp burn, my hair VERY dry, and my hair loss increased. The bottles should arrive back to you today, with all necessary information for me to receive a full refund.
It was convenient reaching out to the Customer Service and revising my subscription. An email went a long way for prompt response.

After attempting to stop the order immediately after ordering, I was unable to contact a person, receive a response or reply. I find this product very drying, I'm not satisfied with the product. I should have listened to my instinct.
I did not order earlier in August. You keep sending me shampoo, and I probably have 25 bottles of shampoo and conditioner at this point. You also keep charging me. That's OK cause I like the product but seriously I don't have the room to store any more shampoo. Stop sending me shampoo! I must be stuck in some computerized delivery loop. I tried calling but I was on hold for so long that I gave up.

Wanted to order another product and tried to get thru to service department. Waited on line awhile and then an automated service said they'd call me back when it was my turn. They never called me back.

I have been using the shampoo well but have a bit of trouble practically using the foam in my daily routine.
