Too many ads, over and over. Please simplify and discontinue the heavy sales pitch. If someone is interested In additional information, they will or they won't purchase. It's annoying to continue being poked at. These type of sales ads generally raise a red flag for me, it's reminiscent of a scam.

It was very easy to use

I now know that you guys put in the wrong country in the address line hence why it took two months to finally arrive. I ran out of my supply over a month ago which really voided my past treatment regime. Not happy.

I wish there would have more information about how often I should shampoo to get the best results.

Haven't seen any results yet. I've been using it a few weeks now. Not sure how there can be a 90 day money back guarantee when it takes 3-6 months to show results.

The order arrived in a timely matter. I have been using the product but have not been using it long enough to know if it is helping or not.

I called and was put on hold; then I signed in to have my call returned and that has never happened. I was asking about other products as the brochure that I received contained other products and I wondered if I missed something in my original order - that I should have some of the other products or were they just for men.

The shopping experience was great, very satisfied with maneuvering around the site and shopping thru the products. Shipping and delivery was timely...
The only negative thing I experienced was unintentional, one of my shampoo bottles seal came loose and spilled out on the other items in the box. I was involved in packing and moving and didn't contact Customer Service about this.

I did receive the shampoo in a timely fashion but still have not received the leave on foam that I ordered the same time.
Please advise.

Have not started using the product yet. Only just received it.

I'm still trying this shampoo set. So far I'm satisfied.

The detailed instructions should have been included with the order. Or instruct customers to go to your website for explicit directions.
The instructions on the bottles are different than what's on your website. You leave shampoo and conditioner in hair for 3-5 minutes on the bottles, and 15-20 minutes on the website. Hence my 4 star review.
