No noticeable change in my hair yet.

Got more than exspected and cost was more. Do not send more unless I place another order! No place for email address.

I requested your product for a woman, 2% monoxidil. I received 5%, which is the amount used for men. I just wanted to exchange it but I haven't received any direction from ShapiroMD. They don't return call, email, or guidance!

Ordering was a breeze and shipment was timely. Like the way the products make my hair feel. The conditioner does not make my hair feel heavy like others I have used. I also use the foamer once a day and the Minoxidil twice a day as directed. Haven't been using long enough to see any new hair growth.

Order and delivery was efficient

I called customer service several times yesterday. My call was never answered, I assume due to volume. Recorded message said I would be called back. Still waiting!

No issues with ordering and I like that you do not have to sign up for a subscription just to order the product. I've just starting to use the product so I haven't seen results as yet.

It was a very succinct experience. I do not feel confident about purchasing these products as I do not know much about them except what they supposedly do to treat hair loss.

There was a misconception on the price on the advertising. After I placed the order, I call to jus6 purchase 1 month supply and got haggled into 3 months. Also, I didn't know till after I ordered that I could have gotten a kit that included the Minoxidil.

It was a good experience. I received the products quickly and with no issues. I am still testing them out to evaluate their effectiveness.
