I thought the package I ordered would be sufficient for hair regrowth. Then,you offered several more, expensive products. Does this mean the original 3 products I ordered don't work unless I buy more products?

I sent you an email after trying NUMEROUS times calling and was never able to speak to anyone. I actually sent the product back to you and sent you an email asking for a refund. While iwas waiting for the product I read all the negative reviews concerning not being able to reach anyone so I did not want to take the chance on trying the product and not being able to send it back for lack of communicating. So I want a refund. Thank you not
OK, fine. I just don't like making a sale and then be bombarded with extra products, even though I did buy the foam. However, I have never received the foam.
Excellent! I only wish I had added a couple more products into the cart. I somehow missed them and didn't bother to get them after because of the shipping charges. But I will get them next time. :)

I did not realize that I have to use the skin drops on my head every day, twice a day and if I stop, the hair stops growing. I don't like that and wish I had known that before my purchase.
I love the shampoo, conditioner and leave in foam but wish I could return the boxes of head drops. I used one bottle one time.
I've only been using the product for about 1 week. So far so good.
Love love this product! My hair hasn't been this soft and shiny in years. I've been using it for a couple of weeks so whether there has been any new growth I haven't seen yet but I'm very excited to see my hair after a couple of more weeks of use. The scent is amazing!

The product is great so far. My hair does feel fuller. I cant tell if I'm growing new hair in my bald spots. So far I like it.
