I bought a pair of pants and I did not fit so they sent me a new pair and did not make me return the other ones. No charge. I love the Cammies they fit beautifully and I don't need to use a bra. I love that they keep me tucked in tight

First off, MEASURE! These bras are not sized like other brands. Follow their measuring and sizing directions and you will be surprised.
Find the one that's right for you. I had a proiblem with straps slipping but I finally found the one that fits, doesn't slip and I live in it!
Wash it by hand or machine, hang to dry then go. Amazing comfort!

You guys get an Excellent for customer service. All the bras are just uncomfortable, the Bralette was so little I gave it to my granddaughter. Your sizing is just way off. I gave them to my friend who is a 34D. Hopefully they will fit her. Nice product, but sizing isn't correct.

I am pretty unhappy with this business. I ordered a product and paid through Paypal. I got a message from Paypal, but never got an order conformation or anything from Shapermint. After waiting for a long time and contacting them through Paypal, I got a tracking number. The product was unsatisfactory so I decided to return it. They encouraged me to exchange it, but I just wanted a refund. They kept $5 because I didn't want to exchange. With shipping and product, I paid them $26 and only got a refund of $16. Never buying from these people again.

The bra I ordered was a "no wire", comfort guarantee. It does not have an underwire but the shape of the bra looks like it does have the underwire. The straps are wide at my shoulders and when I wear it, I forget that I am wearing a bra. I have gone to bed several times forgetting that the bra was still on. I must say this is the bra I have been looking for and will order another one in black real soon.
