Before my shapermint arrived I read a lot of negative reviews! I was afraid I had made a mistake. But when I tried it on, it was comfortable. I stayed in place all day. I have several surgeries on my stomach so it has bulges. This article smoothed everything down. I love it,
The shorts are fine. 5he shipping process & order handling sucks. They messed up the order the right away. I got an email right away saying what I had ordered & what I was charged immediately. It was messed up I tried to call right away but there was no answer & txt you only get machines that don't understand half of what you say. But after a month & 3 times of shipping process I finally got it & it is ok. But it does roll down on me. That part they lied about the shorts. It does roll down every time you sit down & get back up.
I am very pleased with my experience with Shapermint. My too large product was replaced quickly and easily. I have never dealt with a more efficient and satisfying customer service department!
I've purchased a pair of leggings for you guy's last month, when I received them they were a size to small, I emailed you guy's and they assured me that in 4 to 8 days that they will send me another pair. I have not received anything from you guys. And I have already donated the pair that didn't fit me. So not that I'm out of $20.00 out of a pair of leggings well. I think it's wrong to deceive people the way you guys have deceived me. Either you refund me back my money, or send me my leggings, and I don't want to here about another 4 to 8 business days again because it's way pass that.

Love all my shapers. They give my back a lot of support when I wear them. They fit like a second skin and don't roll up or down when your wearing them.
Works well on thighs, but item slowly rolls down from abdomen to lower waist.

When I received my purchases it was pbvious that they were all the wrong size. I have requested advice regarding exchange or return, twice now and have not received a reply. None of the garments have been tried on and are still in their wrapping. Please advise whay can be done.
