My new under garment is ust the right size. It could use a little more strength around the area below my waist - otherwise, it's great.
How they manage and ship orders is ridiculous. I was supposed to get free shipping with a codes but did not. I had my credit card charged but they never shipped the product. Using their online help and trying to talk to a live person is impossible.
The reason I purchased the Shapermint was their claim it won't roll down. It does on me where the tape is to hold it up. I wanted to return but they said they would deduct a restock fee. I also asked for a return label I said I should get a full refund. No response from them. I should not pay restock fee or shipping.

Most comfortable bras I've ever worn. The shaper high waist leggings are fantastic, they even make my bad back feel a bit better. The customer service is fantastic. I had ordered the wrong bra size and they immediately sent me replacements and told me to keep the ones I had ordered, in error, so my DD got some new bras. I highly recommend this company!
Order came on time. Product worked but I wanted to return to try a smaller size. They processed the return, told me to keep the item I was returning and shipped me a new one, in the new size. It set my mind at ease that I wasn't being sold undies that someone else wore and returned. I also believe that their product is good enough to not have that many returns for them to be able to do that. I think the quality of the product is great and will definitely buy again.
The customer service chat seemed pretty automated and though I wasn't really talking to a human, the prompts were so good that my issue was resolved without needing to talk to one.

First of all, this survey was sent to me with the wrong name on it. Secondly, I've had about 5 emails with a total of 3 different customer service reps and no one has been able to answer my questions. First I asked about fit of different garments and was given instructions on returns. Then, I asked again, with a great amount of detail about the fit of certain items and was sent to a second person who again told me about returns, and eventually said they could help me if I sent my measurements. I wasn't asking about size, I was asking about which items have more compression, which are longer waisted etc. I wrote AGAIN. Got a 3rd person whose reply was that everything was all the same. That's nonsense.
Bottom line is that it is clear that the customer service personnel, though friendly enough, are outsourced, not careful about reading email and do not seem to know the product line.

Size not true to fit got it three times bigger than me and still uncomfortable and too small. Spent a lot and too hard to return it too much hassle

Purchased a bottom and 2 bras. Love them both. These products actually do what they advertise them to do. You have to try them to really get the picture. Customer service is exceptional. Your satisfaction is priority. Not many companies practice what they preach.

Answer: This company is a scam. They will not accept returns, issue no refunds leaving you with a product you don't want and can't use. I'd never order from this company and would not recommend others to do so either. You can find some of their products on Amazon where at least you have recourse if the item doesn't fit or you're not pleased with it since Amazon accepts returns and refunds.
