I bought a bra and it was too large. When I contacted Shapermint and requested a replacement for a smaller size there was no issue at all. The new one arrived within a week and I love it. No falling straps or biting underwires!
Too tight have to stretch out before wearing.
Maybe overtime it will get comfortable. I should have gotten a bigger size for sure. Don't think I will be buying anything in the future.

This seems like a good company. I would order from them again. My lower rating is because the bra cups are always coming out of the the little hole. The fabric is so smooth even taking the bra off they slip out. I think I'll tack them in. It's so comfortable though! It's like I'm not wearing a bra at all.

My beige shaper rolls in the back. I had to adjust my bra for the shaper to stop rolling in the back.

I had a little difficulty with the website when making an exchange/refund. At first the refund amount was at the bottom of the page but then when an chose another item it put it in my cart as if I was purchasing it instead of deducting the refund amount. I took a few tries before I was able complete the exchange/refund. I'm waiting for the refund to show up on my credit card.
